Ulikely. Hes a PL. So he likely loads up an ez curl bar with twice the weight his body can handle and uses his legs, chest, back, and jumps in to each rep with a violent swing to ensure he completes each half rep.
What do your weights look like in these sets? Not so much the absolute numbers, but whether you pyramid, and also how many non-working warm-up sets you do.
