I'm usually pretty chill about letting people work in. I'm not some super human mutant, so my strength isn't insanely above the average guy, and plus I remember when I first started lifting I would always ask to work in on machines and stuff, but I would always try to lift the same as the person I asked.

With that being said.... this old ass mother fucker literally watched me leave the Calf Press Machine to go get a drink of water. When I turned around this guy had already moved the seat and changed the weights and started his set. When he stopped, he literally just sat there and didn't do anything so I asked "mind if I finish up here" and he gives me the most disgusting look and says "I've only been here 15 seconds" I got pretty pissed off by this old fuckers attitude so I jumped on his case and told him that he literally watched me use the machine and jumped on it the moment I left. He kind of started saying something and I cut him off and told him it was fine, but he should hurry up and get off. I fucking hate rude people, especially old ass fucks. They think they deserve respect because they're a couple decades older than me? Not how things work in my books. Fucking hate those types of people.

I also fucking hate when someone points at a random machine and asks if I'm using it. I never take my headphones out and I just shake my head no and loudly say "NOPE!" This one bald mother fucker kept asking me if o was using this squat rack, even though I was standing in a different squat rack and there was NO WEIGHT on the bar in the rack he wanted to use. He asked me 3 times and all 3 times I said no, but he kept staring at me and talking, so I took my headphones out and go "are you fuckin asking if I'm using the squat rack? I told you no." Then he goes off "oh sorry man didn't mean to upset you" fuckin people.... I hate em all.
And no I'm not in tren.

Man that's dial up internet old school for me lol A/S/L? Brought back some online memories trying to get ass lol

My wife and I were watching some weird ass crime TV show about this guy who was preying on girls. They kept saying ASL and my wife had to tell me what it stood for.
it made a lot more sense when I found out it didn't mean above sea level

Oh and to answer the question.

When I used to do Arnold's 3 hour marathon sessions I loved to work in and people work in with me.

I'm older and not so stupid now, 1hour or less and out. So no, no working in, unless your lifting the same weight, in my short breather.

In your situation with deadlifting, unless she is hot AF and worth the distraction, NO... The answer is FUCK NO!!!! Bench press or dead lifts if you ain't nt lifting same as me, wait your turn.
Machines however, no prob. Im not the guy that sits on a machine between sets texting like an asshole, i get up amd walk around because i cant sit still.
