Shepard’s pie! One of my favorite dishes!
Romain, Egg/pea salad and Wheat pasta with veggie meat sauce!
Presentation lol that was actually my third bowl. Hell im at about 4200 cals/day. All clean eating of coarse.

Been a while , busy AF and just havent had the time.also dealing with a cpl injuries so workouts just arent the same. Still eating clean though so staying in shape.
Anyway , friend of mine caught a nice mahi and hooked me up with a cpl bags. Had this exact dish for a few days because i love mahi, prob my favorite fish and this rice goes perfect with it. Clean and delicious.

It's my beautiful wife's birthday. She turns 46 today and gentlemen I swear to you she looks 30 at the oldest. When I say I made out like a bandit I mean it
I got a nice little dinner whipped up for her at her request : )
assorted red meats [Delmonico (A-), filet Mignon (A+), sirloin strip (A-)], some asparagus, grilled butternut squash (that's for me lol. I think getrdone squeezed that into my head recently) and mashed red potatoes.
