I actually buy this pepper mill that has a blend of 5 different pepper corns in it. About $4.99 and when it’s empty, just toss it. I’m a pepper freak.

Its pretty lean man. Or leaner than ground hamburger. Nice taste. I cant say enough about Teddys Bigger Burgers. It was just a coin toss for us. We were out on the town for kids night out and needed grub. Brought up Google maps, restaurants and went thru the list. We like to try private restaurants or some thing different ya know? Instead of McDonalds or the usual run of the mill food. Well we loved it. The customization options are mind boggling. I used a template for that order to make things easier for my first time. That was a Bacon Me Crazy and i upgraded to the 1 lb option. Its a Hawaii based restaurant with alot of "different" options man

I talked alot of shit but after i finished my 1lb burger with the bun, bacon and cheese and fries i realized the 2lb challenge would be harder than expected. If i prepared right i think i could do it. But not leisurely

this is such a simple recipe that yields 10/10 taste. Been enjoying the shit out of it recently. Sams club chicken thighs are $.99/lb so thats 2 packages, 6lb each = 12 lb total for $12 stinkin bucks. Duh, ok thats a stupid good deal.

Oven at 400° shake salt, pepper, Tony Chacheres, garlic salt. Thats it. Bake till the skin is crispy. It tastes like fried chicken shit u not. All for $12!!!
