Doc log

I gave it a shot with a #25 plate on my lower back. With elbows placed forward of my shoulders to make it more challenging, and also stretched out my toes a little for more load. Did 2:00 minutes, that felt good in the abs area. Clearly you are too weak sir. :)

I am disgustingly weak at the time of this writing. Give me several more weeks to get some steam back.

sometimes bullshitting in the gym pays off. It did today. Randomly started talking to a guy about his Adipowers and his hip mobility work he was doing. Turns out this guy competes in Oly lifting and is a second year chiropractic student. He said he would help me work on the mobility issues I have in my chest and shoulders, the back pain issue I've had for a while now, and just general mobility stuff. Very excited to see if I can some of these chronic, nagging issues resolved.
 
Nice to hear doc are you trying a front rack position that you refer to immobility or are you immobile in general in that area? Also didn't notice but have you started the superdrol on

The rack position is one mobility issue I'm trying to deal with yes. There are others as well but I think if I fix this issue most of my upper body problems will be taken care of.

I'm not on anything except test right now. I have not ordered the raws yet so no sdrol right now. My DNP just came in but goin to wait on that until the temps drop some.

did a lot of stretching on my shoulders and pecs today. Getting a little better at the rack position but still have a long way to go. Decent amount of pain in the forearm/elbow area bc of the stretching and it's been a chronic issue. Finished work at 12:30am and was at the gym at 7am. Didn't have the energy and explosion I wanted but ground out all my sets.

Nothing crazy since I have most of what I really need already.

Got a new gym bag bc my old one is ripping and falling apart, a bunch of lacrosse balls, some new voodoo floss, and a pair of 100lb resistance stretch bands.

These things are to help mobility obviously. I have zero external rotation in the elbow/forearm to get in the rack position. I have horrible shoulder rotation. Wrists are tight. Hips are tight. Etc etc. lots of work needs to be done

too tired to do anything else. Have a long day tomorrow and Wednesday is another gym session so figured I'd take the extra recovery vs doing more work when I'm exhausted.

Did about 30min of work with the band on shoulder rotation, elbow rotation and psoas. Working on the assumption that the back issue is the pelvis tilting solid some work to loosen hip flexors and strengthening and stretching the glutes. Also voodoo flossed the fuck out of both elbows. It's not as effective as if I had a super buddy but I make do. Almost was able to get my left forearm vertical/perpendicular to the ground.

did a lot of work today with the voodoo floss, stretch bands and lacrosse ball. Caused a lot of pain in the forearm but got through bench nonetheless. Hope to begin seeing improvements soon.

On another note, what's that bag made of? Looks like leather in the pic. Just ordered an adidas one that's supposed to come today, cause my old one is years old and torn to shreds now

Lol about the sandals. I wear them to get to the gym then change into my gym shoes once there so I leave my socks on with the sandals. My gym shoes have never touched ground outside the gym so I usually wear the sandals or other sneakers to go. Plus my feet are uglier than Trukker's face by far and I don't want to expose the general populace here to that kind of affliction.
 
Been a while since I've been in the gym due to life and work. That changed last week. Second week back in the gym now. Goals are to be fat and strong and powerlift. Will be doing a PL meet when I'm back in the saddle.

Right now just cruising on 150mg of my test e. Will be running DNP sometime in the coming months to cut back on some fat and then fill out for the 198lb weight class. I'll be home dewing everything I run and am looking at test e, tren e, deca, drol, sdrol, halo and maybe cheque drops and/or methyl tren. Still have var leftover as well. Obviously not running all these compounds at once unless I hire Boston Loyd as my trainer.
