Yes I'll be posting about that when the time comes. Right now I'm only on ~125mg of test e. DNP will be the next thing I add. Other AAS won't be till after the DNP.

Ok, what is your planned dnp dosage and duration ? Will you be eating at or below usual maintence calories?

Also are u at all worried about muslce loss given your only on a trt dose of test? It would be wise Imo to run that a bit higher simply to prevent muscle loss during this period...

Lol about the sandals. I wear them to get to the gym then change into my gym shoes once there so I leave my socks on with the sandals. My gym shoes have never touched ground outside the gym so I usually wear the sandals or other sneakers to go. Plus my feet are uglier than Trukker's face by far and I don't want to expose the general populace here to that kind of affliction.
Even Freddy Kruger dresses up like trukker for halloween.

Of and Elitefts I have a discount code. Once I joined Goggins he has all these tubs of blue linament. Shit works pretty good at getting the soreness and stiffness out.

Especially good post workout rub that shit on go to foam rolling and stretching it helps just a bit more.

I can get those by the boat loads. I have tight hips. And I rub that shit hip flexors, low back, hamstrings adductors and abductors and go to work. I got the 4 inch wide voodoo floss bands wrap my hips up and go to work. Then take my Kabuki strength Boomstick and really try to find the trigger points in my hip flexors. I'll do the same for shoulders.

Rub the linament wrap with a floss band put shoulder through full range of motion. Then I take a lacrosse ball and set right where the lat inserts into your rear delt armpit and do internal external rotations. I do them forced as well. I'll take the Boomstick and let sit on my forearm.

Never up is hitting pec from right under the armpit with the Boomstick. Put you're in good hands with POB.

I'm always hesitant to mention dnp dosages bc of the potential risk involved. Last time I ran an absurd amount with very few side but I plan on treating this as my first time and starting low and tapering up as I can. I'll be eating around maintenance calories.

Very good thinking not making public your dnp dosage. If it is very high, you would be protecting many who could potentially read this, and get the wrong idea about how there body may react. Obviously with this drug, we don't want to mess around...

For you to eat around maintence calories that's very interesting, why not a deficit? You should burn significant more fat doing so over this short period, I believe it to be worth it. Also that's why I also think potentially keeping a higher test level to prevent any muscle waisting could be good.

But I understand your perspective and I like what your doing.

Eating in a deficit would affect my gym performance on DNP even moreso than just DNP and maintenance calories. I train as a powerlifter so performance is a huge aspect for me.

Studies done when DNP was a legal, prescribed weight loss drug showed no, or extremely little, muscle loss on patients who were 100% natty. I'm above natty levels by a little so even less of a reason to worry about muscle loss. DNP really doesn't catabolize muscle like T3 does and it actually is much better in that regard.
 
Good idea to eat at maintenance on DNP. I recently lost 3kg in 2 weeks at just 125 DNP ED with maintenance calories. Very manageable, only slight performance loss at the end.

I have an e stim unit from that the army gave me when I retired. But it's shitty. I've been looking at a few myself.

Which compression briefs are you looking at? I have the rehband warm pants. But would like something with more compression.

I generally use under armour compression briefs under my gym shorts. They're not super tight but I like how they feel.

If you want something more supportive, look at Inzer power pants or briefs.

Saturday was the fist day back since having wisdom teeth pulled. My schedule is Saturday, Monday, Wednesday.

Strength is beginning to come back but I'm obviously still not near my old lifts after having been out of the gym for an entire year +. For reference, ive been back in the gym for roughly a month or so and have added 100lbs to my squat, 60lbs to bench, and 100lbs to my deadlift. In another 1-2months I'll probably Max out this type of rapid progression and switch up the programming. For now it's boring Alternating between two different workouts but it's working bc I'm adding weight to the bar quickly.

I don't feel like I have my groove back 100% yet but my form is coming along considering my time off and mobility issues. I still need major work in that area.

I've got to remind myself to stay patient. I feel weak as hell even though I've been adding weight quickly. Once I get my groove back and throw on some more plates (and get a new fucking phone) I'll be doing a few videos of my lifts to start reviewing shit. Might send it out to a couple guys I trust to get an outside perspective.

I love that you and Eman are taking up strongman. If I can't get you guys into PL then strongman or OLY lifting would be my second choice hahaha. How's that training coming? It's brutal as honeybadger balls

Training is going well , based on my still limited knowledge of how it should be going lol.

Its definitely brutal, but I think I'm passed the break in period. A session of yokes or heavy deads and atlas stones isnt breaking me down for over a week anymore. I'm able to recover pretty well and finish out the routine we been following the next few workouts without feeling like the previous training day is hindering me still.

I'm still doing powerlifting. As a matter of fact there's a small unsanctioned local meet at a gym nearby the weekend after my strongman comp. My body willing I'm gonna go and wreak havoc and see if/how strongman training has impacted my big 3.
