any vegans

Okay so I have watched what the health and food inc. and am basically on the brink of becoming vegan. It's mainly the actual science behind humans and evolution and how our body's were not actually made to eat decaying flesh. The only thing that is holding me back is the fact I don't have much excess income and I don't feel I will get enough protein in without taking in too much carbs(which I'm sensitive too).

Any vegans(or not) like to wade in and tell me what they think about vegans In bodybuilding. Can it be done as well as a meat eater like myself?

When you speak of "design" and "evolution" it's abundantly clear to me that you actually have zero understanding of what evolution actually IS.

Yeah, we weren't meant to eat meat they say. I guess humans have been eating meat for eons just to go against nature.

Whenever the terms "meant" or "intended" etc. are used to describe evolution and it's results, I immediately know they don't understand the way evolution works... There is no consciousness or thought process behind evolution, so there is no "meaning" or "intention". There is what works, and what doesn't work... What works continues to pass it's traits, what doesn't dies... What WORKED for us was eating meat... Hence the gradual development of teeth that pull apart meat... Not teeth like giraffes...

Or minds like ruminants - that's what Vegans are devolving into, ruminants endlessly chewing the cud about the beauty of their superior way of eating.

What other diet is considered child abuse in some jurisdictions?

It just stands to reason, that if you need to make extensive meal planning and supplement programs, it's not a particularly good diet. And when kids following the Vegan diet are hospitalized for malnutrition, that's the point where sane people would back off, but not Vegans.

Might as well try to get an orthodox Jew to eat regular pepperoni pizza with extra cheese. Against their religion.

I'm going to try this for a week but I cant seem to find a simple staple protein to incorporate into my meal plan. if I eat enough beans to get 250 grams of protein I triple my carb goals. I'm not eating tempeh or tofu and have not found a reasonable looking meal plan.

Once the animal is dead the flesh slowly begins to decay. That's why we have to vacuum pack, salt or refrigerate meats. So in theory by the time we actually eat it, it is in fact decaying.

Vegetables decay. Legumes decay. Fruit decay. Wheat products decay.

Vacuum sealing prevents the contact with oxygen that makes EVERYTHING decay. Even you. Aging.

You see, this is because oxygen has 2 unpaired electrons thus making it a RADICAL. This is why antiOXIDANTS get rid of free RADICALS.

Then you’ll ask me, but Air is 79% nitrogen 21% oxygen, nitrogen also has unpaired electrons. The answer to that is Nitrogen is inert at standard temperature and pressure.

Nitrogen and oxygen are diatomic molecules which means they require 2 of the same atom to be in a steady state. That’s why we write Nitrogen as N2 and oxygen as O2. The difference between the nitrogen and oxygen is that oxygen will form a double bond with itself while nitrogen will form a triple bond which requires much more energy to break.

Additionally, vacuum sealing is most commonly done with an inert gas such as Nitrogen to remove oxygen.

In short: oxygen fucks up everything even you, your aging, it even fucks proteins and nucleic acids which forms cells and the very basic forms of life including unicellular(bacteria). Absolutely nothing to do with meat.

Humans are fucking scavengers we eat EVERYTHING. That’s why we have survived better than any other species. That’s why we survived the ice age. Our adaptability. Our diverse diet is part of our adaptability.
Notice how we’re the only species that can fucking eat the worst fucking shit and still digest that motherfucker.

Vegans are missing the point of meat. It should not be for the “ethical treatment” of animals because studies have shown plants feel fucking pain too. Plants that produce anesthesia have been shown to quickly increase site production when damage was detected on the plant or increase signals to sites that were slashed.

The problem with meat is that it fucks up the environment. Massive amounts of water used for meat. Besides that cows fart like a motherfucker and that fucks the environment up too.

That being said I’ll never go vegan.

if you go to grocery stores like whole foods or sprouts (depending where you live) they have tons of vegan proteins that are mad good. field roast, gardein, uptons are some brands off the top of my head. also look into making seitan. 75g protein for every 100grams and superrrrr cheap to make yourself.

Strong non-vegan avi.

As if growing and shipping exotic veggies across the planet to satisfy sanctimonious city dwelling vegans doesn't do the same thing to the "environment" OMG OMG OMG.....

When I buy food, I look for quality nutrients, not an opportunity to virtue signal.

(we're on the same page, I just find Vegans really annoying with their illogical reasoning)

Do more research man.
Being vegan isn’t the type of thing you do for a week. Your obviously not ready to commit, Because your already wining about it before you even started. It’s easier to start as vegetarian start there and see if you have the discipline to do that first.

Pin all kinds of agricultural chemicals to make farm animals produce more meat but am vegan for health and ethical reasons.

Just fucking lol.
