Rotator cuff stuff: 1x10
How do you handle soreness? How many times a week, on average, do you lift? This would KILL me to do a split like this 6 or 7 times a week....

I lift through soreness. Worst case scenario I take some Advil beforehand but that's on rare occasion. Currently, I'm on a Saturday/Monday/Wednesday schedule. This kind of programming with this rapid of weight on the bar increase would not be sustainable 6-7x per week. No way in hell could you do it that often.
 
Thought I saw he was on a Sat/Mon/Wed lifting schedule.

Thanks. No prob for the vids. Anything else you want to see just mention it. I've watched a ton of these kind of videos and narrowed down the selection of stuff I personally do and have no problem sharing that.

Squats 3x5
OHP 3x5
Deadlifts 3x5
DB incline press 12,8,6

Deadlifts felt better today. Working hard to maintain a neutral lumbar spine throughout the pull. Last set I got very winded so I did touch and go on the last few reps. Squats are still feeling good and progressing rapidly although that will end soon. I've done everything belt less so far
