How do you handle soreness? How many times a week, on average, do you lift? This would KILL me to do a split like this 6 or 7 times a week....10/14
Squats: 3x5
Bench press: 3x5
RDLs: 3x5
DB curls: 3x8
Dips: 3x4
Side laterals: 2x15
Rotator cuff stuff: 1x10
