I'm 51 years old and have been lifting hard for 30 some years recently i've gone through 3 surgeries in the last to years.I had my left shoulder rotator cuff fixed , then they put a semi-shoulder replacement in my right shoulder and then finally they had to remove my bicep tendon for my right shoulder and place it on my humorous (sp) bone because it was rubbing on the metal . So here i'am been lifting for 3 days now after missing 2 years .I lost over 30lbs of muscle and gained fat.

So as you can imagine I'm ready to chew through the frickin barbell. I want to start out on a mass cycle. would really like to do all cutters at my age but dry out bad and fast . Her's my question is there combinations I can take that would not dry me out , a mixture of mass and cutters ? I can"t take deca because of deca dick . Thank a lot
