After viral video, UFC notables have a message for bully victim Keaton Jones

This video is so sad. I think it's awesome what's happened in the past 36hrs tho. Dana White wants to bring him to UFC HQ. Many fighters put out videos for him and have offered to train with him for free. Even SnoopDogg made a post asking where his school is.

Some of the 5% guys are in touch with his family. I'm hoping some of the guys like Brian Shaw can get in touch with him too

If it was your kid, would you tell him he's being soft and ignore it? If it's bad enough this kid has had his mom pick him up multiple times because he's scared to go to lunch... There's issues.

I personally can’t relate because I never had the luxury of having mommy drive me to or pick me up from school. I went to school in the hood in Philadelphia. I was taking the subway to school by myself when I was 10. My school was half minority’s African Americans, Puerto Rican, Haitians, Dominicans. I got jumped, robbed, beat up, more times then I can remember.

while I watched cartoons on the head rest.
It’s just a different era. But yes children today are pampered compared to when I was a kid.

you have to remember also just because you were built to be able to take the beating not everybody is. Some kids more sensitive than others some kids do not have that tougher interior. it’s not in their DNA to be a fighter, and just because theyre built like that doesn’t mean they deserve to be tortured.

I get what you’re saying though back then it was a different mindset you didn’t really have a choice if somebody was bullying you you had to take it.

Unfortunately that mindset is over though being bullied doesn’t toughen you up it does makes you sad depressed and angry. especially at such a young age.

Reminds me of my best friend. Strongest kid in school just shy and low self esteem. Got bullied alot. Was getting smacked around at the lockers by a group of boys. He was just looking for a way out without hurting anyone. He was outnumbered and overwhelmed. Then he just attacked like a cobra. It was like watching a lion devour prey. Overwhelmed them with size, speed and sheer brutality. What seemed like an advantage in numbers for them quickly turned in to a upset. Focused especially on the instigator. Knocked him unconscious and made him partially deaf in his left ear.
He never got bullied again

Best strategy I learned as a kid who went to different schools is to lay low when you get there and figure out who the toughest kid was then attack him like a rabid dog. It is irrelevant that you lose the fight which I mostly did, what you achieve is you insert a psychological meme into every kid in the school that you are not to be fucked with at any cost.

It was all psychology and not physics. 99.999999% of fights for dominance are won and lost without a single act of physical violence.

It's evolution, fighting costs energy and any injury in the wild can lead to death. We are programmed to dominate with displays of domination not physical force. Most animals walk away from a same species fight for dominance with little or no injuries.

Mike Tyson made this his greatest weapon and most guys gave up before the first bell rang.

All kids need to toughen up. It’s heartbreaking to know that another person is hurting on the inside, but we all get our feelings hurt. Kids need to learn how to handle that feeling, not live in fairy land because the world isn’t fucking fairy land.

When that kid grows up he’s going to face much more painful shit than milk or ham thrown at you. He’ll feel real fucking pain in his heart and the sooner he learns to cope with that pain the better the person he’ll be as an adult. Oh my god somebody called you ugly? Does that even matter? I mean does it even matter how the fuck you look? What are we as a society teaching kids that being called ugly is bad because the way you look matters?
