Controlling High BP.

Oral magnesium doesn't absorb as efficiently. It raises serum values much slower and can cause intestinal discomfort. The best option is magnesium hydrochloride.

But yes if oral mag is all you have then it is fine.
That's the stuff used for salting driveway when it snows? Supposed to be safer on pets paws? Has a roadrunner on the bag?

That I'm not sure of to be honest lol. First I have heard, but you have my curiosity up because I've seen those bags when in winter at my local hardware store, but never looked at what is in the bag.

Just looked it up. It has magnesium chloride in it. Pretty wild lol. Didn't realize they used magnesium for melting salt though

I'm having trouble controlling bp on a gram + ...not sure if it's reasonable to think you can have good bp on that much juice. I'm using bp meds, celery seed, carditone, cialis, citrulline. Sitting around 145/80, but having headaches probably from dbol

Nice thread going here.

I went to a naturopath for high BP. By no means a money grabbing scenario, which to me majority of any professions are.

Magnesium being the only thing "pushed" on me. Believe it was Magnesium Chloride .

Other ones were purely diet and other supplementation.

Celery
Garlic
Tomato
Fish Oil
Water

I do take the l-arginine and l-citruline myself for pre-wo these days as well.

Follow up visits to Naturopath BP was fine (after getting larger size of band). TrT follow up with medical doc, BP said was slightly elevated and stated to donate blood.

I know 100% I have the elevated BP white coat syndrome. Went to donate blood, cute nurse taking my BP. Apparently was too high to give blood. Told me if she measured BP again and was too high, would have to 24 hour defer me. Took some long deep breaths and relax as she took it again and blamo... BP was fine to give blood.

My bp stack is...

telmisartan 80mg
Metoprolol 100mg
Carditone 2 pills
Citrulline
Celery seed
Cialis 15 mg
Baby aspirin

Even with all of this I'm still high...perhaps juice isn't for me

What is considered high for you?

well it was alittle lower this morning, 136/66...i find that meds and supps will lower the bottom number aka diastolic but not the top number. The last week its been like 140/80 or so and have had readings 160/95, and i have had a headache on and off...im around 260 lbs. When im just on hrt dose its pretty easily managed in normal ranges. But i went on a gram of total gear.

Just started hibiscus flower extract, supposedly great for BP, and improves cholesterol. Will update with results
