Blank vial boxes are cheamply available, mailed flat for user to fold and glue
Can they be easily printed if previously cut? How?

i used avery multi use labels
1"x3"
the sofware is free online and the have tutorial andd free template

Did you set the dpi resolution to match your printer?
How did you make sure a higher resolution doesn't print a larger image?
