Two completely different objectives though. Members join for gear, entertainment, or knowledge. Labs join to make money.
I don't think sweating new labs out is such a bad idea. Sometimes it gets a little out of hand but I think it's one of the best way to get the truth out of somebody over the internet. (Not like you can read their eyes or body language)
I mean anybody can fabricate answers to questions when they're calm and level headed. The same is much harder to do when they're worked up and trying to defend themselves. Most times it shows their true colors.
And if I remember correctly Jay, you were one of the best ones at sweating out labs awhile back

I was, and it was stupid and counter productive. Hopefully I'm not the only one who gains wisdom throughout time.
And the "sweating" of labs is just retarded. People think if you tell someone they're a bitch or suck a dick and they get upset then gear must be bad. I guarantee no one goea to any other business and talks shit as a precursor to a purchase.
Realistically people like to get talk shit behind screen names and this vetting is just a poor excuse.
You all are going to do what you want, but quit acting like it's for the good of Meso, it does not help, at all.

Doesn't help? Sure helped sniff out and get rid of Hammer on multiple occasions. It ain't perfect, but it's proven to work.
I like the vetting process here at Meso but when it is done in a tactful manner. It's great when a member does their homework or has past experiences with a lab and shares it. That's what makes Meso.
This would be an easier process for all if the labs/sources that come here would just produce the pics and info that is known will be asked for. Instead you get some shitty intro with little info and the floodgates open for ridicule. This is only at the fault of the lab/source and they get what is deserved.
If you're going to come here to sell, come prepared or get slammed. If your a source that has burned people or provided bunk products in the past, you can almost count on a member here knowing about it and calling you out. This forum will not be bought. And is why I'm a member here.

That's one. Most just give up because no one wants to be called a bitch over and over again. People want good labs, now the question is are people willing to quit with the juvenile behavior and get down to asking questions that matter?*
*the answer is no, because it makes people feel tough and cool to anonymously curse out strangers on the internet. Everyone talks bad about CDNGUY, but he had the same ideology as all of you...

I actually believe before cdn fell victim to drug usage he did a really great job vetting sources.
Most speak poorly of @CdnGuy from his last half of his membership of meso. Prior to that he was very solid at what he did.
I'm sure that's true. Another truth is that the opinions of some are far more influential than others.

I think most people would agree with that. Grilling them with meaningful questions is obviously more productive than random name calling.
You have to admit a lot of them deserve the treatment they get though. Usually the more unprepared and unprofessional the lab is, the harsher the treatment.
Do they deserve it? People's goal is to goad them in to being upset. You tell someone to kiss your ass and suck a dick, of course they're going to react.
A condition of doing business should not be an ability to take verbal abuse. There is NO other business or venture people would do that with. None.
I'm not advocating for labs, I'm saying that for the goals of Meso members the way it is currently done is not working.

I agree and disagree. I think disrespectful labs are treated as such. Ones that come in prepared out of the gate are normally talked to with respect and asked questions and not bashed per say. Yes we can get out of hand as a majority but 99% of the time I think it's deserved. Scroll thru the trinity thread and scroll thru Sasquatch lab. Those are prime examples on what to do and what not to do when under fire.
Actually, getting on board with your way of thinking. If I have something to say to a source, made it a point to not call names or use profanity. Found the point gets across just as well if not better8
Every source is bashed and told to suck a dick or other profanity no matter how prepared or lacking prep. So much bullshit buries the important stuff, I think that is Jay's biggest complaint.
And I agree with that as well. As mentioned in my earlier post, the vetting process is needed but executed in a "tactful way" works best. Telling someone to suck a dick or to get the fuck out does nothing for no one. Unfortunately there are so many members here that contribute nothing other than these types of comments.
