Don't drink orange juice invest in eaas, whey protein, glutamine, creatine and dextrose have that with your slin it's ten times better no I don't want such a young man using it as you have nothing to move up from but if you want the best results do that. Do some research on milos Sarcev and read up a lot on his training eating and slin protocols and you'll be sweet
 
Good God. I know there are many of us who started using AAS at a young age (but probably not as young as 17), but not to the extent that this fellow did. Using trenbolone at 17 is ridiculous, no way around it. Let alone HGH at 10 fucking IU's and insulin. There are many pros who started to dabble in AAS at 17-18 year old....but they generally used small amounts of test or winstrol at that young age...not the entire pharmacy. The magnitude of what this young man did at his age and with his very lacking physical structure BLOWS MY MIND.

Yeah recently I’ve stepped back and looked at myself I’m the mirror and realized I look like shit LOL, I’ve failed on my diet. No more slin or HGH for me I’m starting from scratch with gear only, before I do that I’m working on getting my diet on track, how does this look?
2300 calories a day while cutting

Diet:

35% protein 25% carbs 40% fat

Morning: 1.5 cups oatmeal with sweetener, 4 fried eggs

1 hours later: 2oz chicken

1 hours later 2oz steak

Lunch: vanilla protein shake 1.5 scoops

1 hours later 2oz chicken

1hours later 2oz steak

Post workout: vector cereal 2 cups in 1 cup of skim milk

Protein shake 1.5 scoops

2 hours later ground beef 150g

I gained around 10 pounds of muscle, and a lot of fat with it. My diet has been shit, I’ve realized I need to fix my diet before I ever run a cycle again

You’re insane if you think you gained 10lbs of muscle. Contrary to popular belief, 10lbs of muscle is a LOT! Huge difference visually.

Recommendation...stop AAS immediately before you do some serious damage to yourself.

It's because you used insulin like an idiot. Insulin makes you fat as well as gaining muscle. You should only use insulin if your sub 10% body fat in the first place which you were far from.

Now you're cutting diet contains 40% fat? What the fuck, are you serious? Your cutting diet should be 40% carbs 40% protein 20% fat. Also if you cut without being on gear you lose all of your gains.

Just some quick hints for you brother. Insulin should be used after you've been on gear for 10-plus years only.

Growth hormone is fantastic for fat loss, if I was to stay on anything it would be growth hormone however your way way too young for that.

Earlier you said that you were eating like five Big Macs and a Pizza a day. You really need to focus on your diet more. You should be eating 0 Big Macs and 0 pizzas everyday. You should be eating chicken breast tilapia and white rice or brown rice. Lots of clean foods that fits the 40-40-20 macros.

Currently you need to lose around 20 or 30 lb of fat before going on your next cycle. Unfortunately because you are not on gear you will also, even with a perfect diet, lose 10-20 lb of muscle along with that fat putting you back to basically where you started. The good news is you will be in better condition fat wise. Something you should have done before even starting your first cycle but that's okay, we all have to learn the hard way sometimes.

So basically the takeaway is this, get your body fat down sub 10%. Get your diet perfect 40-40-20. Run your next cycle of testosterone only at 500 or 600 mg a week. Rinse and repeat for a few years. You will have to go on testosterone replacement therapy of course.

Same here..I changed diets training to see what works over the years and now I’m 38 the heavy powerlifting isn’t for me anymore..but guys like you have a lot of experience and glad that y’all share info and advice..
 
you guys really think a 17 year old is supposed to know how to eat right for bodybuilding or fat loss ?
Hope he doesn't run any more gear until he's 22.

I don't really understand the frequency and size of your meals. I would try for 5-6 meals per day. Your macro breakdown could use some work. There is LOTS of good information on the internet. John Meadows is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dieting, and I would encourage you to check out his website and youtube channel.

Knowledge goes a long way, and the earlier on you gain it, the better. If I knew what I know now when I was your age, I could be a lot farther ahead. Many people will say the same thing.

Lastly, lay off all gear for a few years. I didn't start as young as you; I started when I was 19. At that time I was deadlifting 600lbs, squatting 475, and bench pressing 350 at around 190lb bodyweight. So I did have a decent base before I started, and I STILL wish I would have waited a few additional years. Get some blood work. If your levels aren't good (at your age you should have no problem recovering), PCT again or take a 100mcg shot of pharmaceutical triptorelin (after doing a lot of research), get blood work again, and train naturally with a good diet for a few years.
 
I think I just lost part of my brain reading through this...Knowledge is power and this kid has a lot more reading to do. Not to mention actually spend some time in the weight room first...like another 10 years before touching even test.

I’m on 350 tren 250 test p a week and in 3 weeks I’ve gained more than you your entire cycle

I eat Doritos and candy for breakfast and I eat McDonald’s almost every day.
 
Truthfully, I started my first cycle when I was 18. I still remember it very clearly. I was extremely eager to compete but most importantly I wanted to look good for summer.

I took a year off school to figure out what I was trying to do with my life.

Mind you, at this point I had been training for 3-4 years on and off (extremely inconsistent). However, when I started my cycle I looked just like you if not, even worse (higher body fat) but probably more LBM.

My cycle:
W1-10 Test E @ 500mg/week
W4-10 Anavar @ 80mg/day
+ Adex throughout
+Nolva pct
Something along these lines.

That being said I understand you completely and I do understand why you are so eager and hard-headed. Do I condone it? Not at all.

First things first, your diet (which has already been established) is absolute and utter garbage. While on my first cycle my macros were beautiful (15%c 80%p 5%f) obviously they could’ve been better but even then I was learning about my nutrition and how I reacted to certain changes in my diet. Secondly, we’re you even training? The topic of time spent training in a week is really controversial but especially when I was 18 I trainined ridiculously knowing that I wanted to get the most out of aas. I still remember training twice a day. Once at 6am for fasted cardio+core and another at 10am after I had eaten for weight training. By my third week on I experienced literally 2x more gains than you have throughout your full cycle and that was just test alone, it hadn’t even peaked yet. By the time week 6 came around I was literally 5x your size with just var and test and in all my experience with aas I have never touched hgh nor slin, in fact I still run test+car cycles to this day with amazing results.
Moral: You weren’t ready & just a tad bit delusional with the “10lbs a week”.
