This is the reaction I had using EO for the first and last time.So after about 300 injections I have been hit with something. I injected into glute on Friday and it was a nice and smooth process. I’m doing Deca, primo, and test. Test is in mct. Deca cottonseed. Primo is EO. Well yesterday I was getting ready and noticed a big lump on muscle when I stood a flexed position. My muscle has a golf ball on it!! I use a 1.5” needle and never use my draw needle to inject. I take sterilization above and beyond every time. I am wondering if was an infection would there be any signs by now? Would it be hot or painful? Just really not feeling like an infection is something I want to mess with and not be proactive about. Thanks for your time.
That is almost guaranteed my issue--- time to try other spots!I've seen something like this happen in areas where frequent injections are being done over a long period of time. The scar tissue allows the injected substance to back out of the muscle and leak into the area between the muscle and the fat layer. The area becomes very inflamed due to the reaction your body has to some of the components of the mix.
A buddy of mine had this happen with a quad injection. The outer quad literally swelled up and was a good 2 inches larger. Added some nice quad sweep for about a week and a half. It was red and warm to the touch but was just the reaction not an infection.
We watched the spot move down his outer quad while it healed. I guess it was gravity slowly moving the injected substance down towards his knee. It did go away on it's own.

I think I stuck in between the vast and other muscle because I feel the fucker inflamed!Try injecting higher up on your quad.
So it probably doesn’t take long to know if you have a sterile absess or infection. Fever and feeling shitty doesn’t take long does it?
Heating pad or a hot soak. Or tell your doc you injected some vitamin b
I injected the same glute Tuesday and Friday. EO seems to lump me up but never like this!
And why can't he just tell his doc the truth? The OP has been lifting for some time and I'm sure his body habits is a reflection of that fact.
When confronted with a complication LYING about PED use is rarely
if ever in a patients best interest!

You need to keep an eye on it.
