Light headed in the morning

I need some help. Right around 930 am I start to feel really light headed and weak and I am wondering if it has something to do with my diet which I will give a brief run through of. I am currently on a 400mg test e cycle.
630: shake with 1 cup oats 2 cups milk and banana
730: 4 whole eggs
Between 930 and 1pm I eat 8oz of chicken 1 bag of rice and 1/3 cup of beans
2pm: either 80g sweet potatoes or 1 cup of oats.
I will stop here because around 12 the light headed stuff stops and I feel ok

What's your water and sodium intake look like ?

Between 6:30 and 9:30 try to get at least 40-50oz water and at the minimum cover those eggs with pink salt or at the very least sea salt

1 bag of rice? How big is a bag, because I'm sure you don't mean a 2lb bag lol

So male sure with the 2pm meal you get protein not just a chunk of carbs Throw 5-8oz meat in there

I never really looked at my sodium intake so I'm not sure. And I use the 10 minute quick boil in the bag rice bags. They come out to about 80g carbs. As for water I stay drinking water all day I don't think that is an issue. Thanks for the input!

I'd evaluate your water intake, actually measure it Get a gallon a d a half minimum. Your sodium intake is critical here, if you're not salting all your meals it's highly likely to be a big contributor to your issue

I don't salt anything so it's very possible. I thought sodium was bad

Nope Sodium is critical. I take in about 10,000mg a day. Watch Stan Efferding talk about it I think it's in a rhino rant called creatine sucks

Sodium good for athletes and those that work hard sweaty jobs. Sodium bad for fat asses that eat nothing but processed foods and live sedentary lifestyles.

Suspect it's unlikely then to be a problem with your blood pressure dropping for some reason. That's good. Hope it goes away soon.

I've recently started following Stans vertical diet and feel a way better overall and even stronger than I did on cycle. Adding salt alone was a huge difference as I don't really cramp anymore, when all I did before was cramp.
