I didn’t want to start a new thread for this so figured some of y’all can help me out I’m running SPs test cyp 750mg a week, npp 400mg a week, EQ 600mg a week. And I’m super lethargic and tired all the time I feel “out of it”, I also take 25mg nolva and 10mg aromasin ED, because I have a little gyno from before. Could this feeling be from my E2 being crashed or just my body trying to keep up with all the gear. I’m in the middle of week 3.
Have you done blood work?

How many hours of sleep are you getting per day?

What is your diet?

What is your water intake?

What is your sodium intake?

What health supplements are you taking? Ex multivitamin, vitamin D, probiotic etc

How is digestion and how frequently are you going #2?

Well.....the tbol is fucking bomb. Decided to go balls out and start at 100mg a day and fuck what a bad choice. 4 days in and I have pounding headaches and increased bp. I’ll be dropping down to 50mg

I would also advise taking more vasodialators as well.

Arginine, citruline , beet root etc. this can help reduce the blood pressure. Take through the day to keep in check. [emoji106][emoji51][emoji106]

No current blood work did some after my last cycle and everything checked out.

8-10hrs of sleep

Diets 80% on it lacks some times when I’m working 10-13hr shifts

Over a gallon of water a day easy

Don’t keep track of my sodium intake but I don’t put salt on any of my food

Started taking a men’s daily vitamin on Monday

Digestion is okay probably need to take something for it

For starters let's tackle these.

Start salting all your food with Himalayan salt or sea salt, that's going to be very important. Water intake definitely needs to be over 1gal

80% diet doesn't really tell me much
Can you layout your exact meal plan, weight and measurements of food?
 
Meal 1: 6 eggs 1 cup cream of rice 2 scoops whey and some mixed fruit blended

Meal 2:8oz chk 1.5cup white rice 1cup broccoli

Meal 3: 8oz ground turkey 1.5cup white rice 1cup broccoli

Preworkout: Redcon1 MRE 3 scoops 2 scoops of carbs (maltodextrin)(roughly 100grams) 5g creatine

Intra: 20g EAAs 100grams dextrose 5g creatine

Post: 2cups egg whites 1 cup oats blended a banana

Meal 4: 10oz red meat 1-3cups mashed potatoes(basically as many as I can eat lol) asparagus/green beans

Meal 5: 3 scoops MRE pre bed also protein bar/ice cream if I’m still hungry

No soda; I’ll drink a beer or 3 MAX once or twice a month (girlfriend likes to be social)

Diet looks solid man good job

I would say sodium, plus the npp kicking in fast

How is your blood pressure and quality of sleep. Any history of high hematocrit? 3 weeks in in EQ SHOULDNT be affecting these much but it has led me to feel lethargic in the past. Probably not the problem but I'd consider dropping the EQ regardless as I don't see you feeling much better once it does kick in. Contrary to most of the information regarding EQ found on the web my experience ish E quite the opposite... It isn't a mild hormone IMO. Gains are mild lol...but side effects really aren't. It isn't worth it.
