Would you say lowering carbs to around 100g a day would be better than carb cycling with npp? Right now im implementing carb cycling (2 high carb days, mon tues, then 100g and under wed, thurs, and friday. Weekend is maybe 150g) just trying to get all the ducks in a row for when i start npp. Its my first time with it.I did a bit but my diet wasn’t always in check on that run. You will retain some water with nandrolone but keeping diet very clean, cardio and definitely keeping your estrogen in check you can minimize bloat

Will definately keep the food clean and keep incorporating cardio.Your carb intake is gonna depend on your goals of course, but I would get plenty so you take full advantage of the npp. As long as your carbs, fats and proteins are clean and you’re not eating too much, your chances of bloating are smaller.
My first npp blast last year, I ate at around a 600cal surplus, 400ish carbs daily. It was all clean, low salt, oatmeal, quinoa, sweet potatoes. Fresh chicken, salmon, etc. avocado, almonds, olive oil. Great gains, not too much fat and no bloat, just that nice, full look nandrolone gives.
2nd npp blast I got cocky and ate more cheat meals. To save money, I bought frozen chicken from grocery stores which have a lot more sodium. Took a lot of BS gainer powders. I bloated pretty good, blood pressure went up, etc. I still gained well but put on way too much fat
