Seeing my body really start to grow..not from the cycle either because I don’t think the Test-e has really hit me yet...seeing awesome progress in my chest and arms...my legs on the other hand seem to be about the same...I have pretty damn good leg genetics and they’ve always grown so easily but don’t seem to be as of lately...as for everything else - growing really well. Diet/sleep/training has never been more on point than it is right now. These injections go WAAAY smoother than the prior cycles of test-e 500mg/ml...I can’t even believe I ran that...stupid me.
Noticing a little bit of back pain sometimes..scheduled a deep tissue massage for tomorrow..I think it’s from forced reps on the pull-ups so I will lower the weight and slow the motion more...- a lot of young guys like myself start cycling too soon. I for one admit that I did...after learning and reading way more I could critique my diet like no other and that seems to what has always been the problem...simply not enough food when I’m off cycle.
Make sure your doing static stretching after workouts. May seem dum. Or pointless but I promise you it’s beneficial. I have issues with my lower back as well, sciatica, crazy back pumps from AAS, some minor past injuries as well. Two best things I’ve done to help prevent is stretching and yoga a couple times a week. Works wonders bro

I got sciatica too. I get injections about every 6 months. I'm hoping to get an injection next week as it has flared up again.. I usually can get it stretched out in the morning after about an hour of horrendous pain.. But the injections knock it out for months completely... That is actually why I was able to get back in the gym 6 months ago

Yeah it hits me here and there. Normally lasts a couple days. I’ll tell you what though ever since doing yoga the frequency of getting it has significantly decreased.

i might have to give it a try... I heard you say static stretching, so I guess I will check that out too..

I been using that mk2866 Ostarine, and I think it has helped my shoulder/delt pain..
Im eager to see results after 2 months of using it..
 
awhile back I had very potent gear-500mg/ml test-e... I would do 250mg 2 times per..so half of a ml was 250mg of test-e versus 300mg/ml which I inject 2 times per week equaling 600mg- but the total ml injected would be 2 versus 1 if you’re still following me..the 500mg/ml gave me the worst PIP...crippling almost. Would never run that potent of gear again...these injections have been literally painless compared to the prior cycle.-no pip at all.

I see what your saying.
I'm using the test E 300mg/ml twice a week.
One was excellent and one was horrific..
I got to think my technique is slightly inconsistent and tomm is my next pin, so we see if I have learned anything.

My training routine is awesome thanks to weighted chinup - this will be week 4 of my routine coming up so I’m scheduling the deload period...do you guys think I should follow the deload protocol while on cycle? I could take some time off but maybe not as long? 4 days?

Test e should definitely be starting to hit now at week 4. Just wait til week 6-8 that imo is when the magic really starts to happen ha ha. You have any progress pics from the start to now? I’ve read through WC program that your running now. Definitely looks solid. How’s your strength increases from week to week? You keeping track and a log book of your numbers to watch the changes??
 
4th week of the program. Going on the 3rd week of the cycle! Yeah I’ll probably post some pics towards the end. I’ve been logging every workout and slightly increase the weight each time-most on the compound ones anyway...accessories have increased slightly. I log all my weights used and sets every workout and I also log every meal. Going to have a somewhat of a cheat meal today..pretty healthy taco place;)
 
Started pinning Tren 3 days ago- have yet to see anything from it but I’ve heard it takes from 1 to 2 weeks. As for the test-e...definitely feeling it. Increased mood, way more confidence, really great pumps in the gym. Haven’t really seen an increase in strength as much...although I haven’t been adding crazy amounts of weight yet either. My current body weight is 199lbs- abs still a little visible but everywhere else is still very lean. - I seem to carry a lot of body fat on my stomach, legs, and lower back.

Agree a lot with this post, I also get strong lower back pumps especially after deads. On anadrol they can be super painful. One thing that helped me a lot in addition to static stretching post workout is loaded isometric stretching pre workout. Hit your lower back on the hyper extension machine on leg and back days, do one hyper and hold/flex your glutes and hammies hard at the top for up to 30 seconds. Helps my lower back get ready for hard work.

I don’t know what’s going on either... I’m tracking my macros hitting 3,500cals everyday- training really hard- prob not getting as much sleep as I should..my sleep is usually 6-7hours. I feel like I look like a decent/experienced natty...lmao..depressing.

It’s all good man, solid log with or without em. It’s all about you and your own progress, so even if the pics aren’t where you want them to be, it’s great at a later point in your log to see the improvements.
 
Weighing in at 206lbs currently.
Started at what 186lbs? Not doing too bad so far. Definitely noticing arm size starting to increase as of recently. I switched my program to Gamma by John meadows thanks to @movingiron88 for sending me it! Appreciate it buddy- This training style suites me much more. Had noticed ankle and knee joint soreness a week or two ago so I dropped legs for a bit there but I’m feeling 100% again although I’m still lacking the sleep aspect due to having so much stuff going on right now.
 
Also failed to mention I haven’t had any noticeable side effects at all from the tren- apart from night sweats one time. Had a little gyno lump start but I’ll take care of it soon enough.
 
Weight has kind of stalled lately..still weighing 206lbs give or take. Will up my food intake here..was just sitting at 3,500cals will bump to 3,800.

Holy shit my aggression is through the roof though. Feel like I’d rip someone in half if they looked at me wrong. :eek: Can still obviously control myself and what I say though! Strength has been going up still. Numbers are getting higher and my shirts are getting way tighter.

BP was 144/65 the other day..top number is getting higher.
No issues with pinning or anything- although I did have a little gyno flare I took farestos 40mg ed for a week and am tapering it down to 20mg ed along with arimidex at .5 mg eod
