I'm just going off what the scale says my friend. I have no reason to lie. Ask anyone here who knows me I'm not full of shit. I've been hovering at 289-292lbs for a while. My diet is exactly the same every day I have a thread about it somewhere. I have continued to eat exactly the same shit everyday and the scale has gone up 7lbs in 2 weeks. Those are just the facts. Anyone here can take it what it's worth. I never claimed I gained 7lbs of muscle in 2 weeks. So maybe your confused as to my post.

I wasn’t insinuating you were lying brother. I apologize if that’s what you thought. I was inferring that maybe you are mistaken in the amount of weight you gained in 2 weeks. If you are on a deficit it’s obviously water weight. No way you can gain 7 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks. And I know you did not state that. I probably should have kept my opinion to myself. However I see people make all these crazy ass claims about the amount of weight they gain while on cycle. I don’t think it’s helpful for newbies. But anyway. Sorry.

Are you talking about the Lipo/Albuterol or regular? I’ll say this - the Lipo/Albuterol is kick ass. The oral Albuterol is good as well. Maybe I had bunk Clen a few years ago, but it definitely didn’t hit me like SP’s Albuterol does.

I used SP Albuterol @ 16-20mg ed for five weeks. At this dose it really messed with my sleep and spiked my BP. I was running a pretty heavy stack and Ananvar so that probably was a factor with the high BP as well. Imo opinion safer to use on a cruise.

Which part of it appeals to you most? The lack of sleep or the spiked blood pressure? Both very desirable effects!

On a related note, SP's Albuterol/Lipo blend ain't no joke. Sub-q 2 ticks on an insulin syringe, and you're feeling it in less than two minutes, for real!

@Roger rabbit you give terrible advise. I did the 1,000 reps of calves you recommended and 20 minutes of stairmaster doing calf raises. Now the tendons on the back of my knees are in severe pain. I can barely walk. Hope you feel good about yourself:eek::confused:
I didn’t do 1000 reps.. I did 200 reps 3 days in a row.. .. I can barely get off the toilet.. I could barely walk at my kids graduation last night . ... hurting like hell this morning..

Haha well typically when people talk about stimulants being very strong, they work well for me.

I really want to try that injectable, especially being in prep I'd love to see what it would do pre fasted cardio

Continue to do this and you will have monster calves soon. Don’t let the pain detour you. It’s temporary....

Basically calves are worked all day and stabilize your body. So most who struggle or say my calves don’t grow don’t work them enough.

Who has the biggest calves? Mailmen/women and balarinas. This is because they work the 8+ hours per day.

When we go to the gym and do let’s say, 15 reps with 3 sets that really is nothing at all and is why we see zero results from a muscle group that is used all day.

Our goal is to recruit more satellite cells to the area and force them to grow and how to do this is doing reps of 100 per set and getting total of 600-800 reps in. you can do more per set than 100 if you are able, but by 100 you will be hurting.

Or you can do like taco did and do 200 reps per day for several days in a row. This will also force them to grow. But you will be hurting like others have said but how bad do you want calves?

Awesome, do you suggest getting all 600-800 done in 1 sitting I assume? Or spread out during the day? Also how many times per week?

I absolutely agree they need high volume. I made the most progress when I folwed a John Meadows program that had you hit them every workout

The best gains will come from doing this everyday for 2 weeks then giving them 2 weeks off. This will recruit the maximum satellite cells. You can decrease of the total reps per day if choosing this route. So like 200 reps per day for 2 weeks will work perfect too. But you will not recruit enough satellite cells to really get them to grow by just doing 100 reps or even 200 reps per week to see substantial growth.

I will absolutely apply this. 200 reps per day for the next two weeks
 
I know when I cut for shows I don’t even do treadmill. Stair stepper 20 min nice and slow and push your feet into the steps pretty good really helps the legs.

I will also confirm that the pain is real lol. I aim for 400 reps but realistically I can barely get a little over 200 until I’m toast.
What gets me the most is the short rest between sets. 10-15 seconds.
I do half sitting, other half standing. Weighted sitting raises and body weight standing.
Towards the end I’m only doing sets of ten just to make it to the final rep number lol.
I think starting next week I’m going to do my calves twice a day. Once at home and once at the gym. (Morning/evening) 200 reps both places. This way I can get my 400 reps in a day.
Hey @Roger rabbit what do you think about wearing some ankle weights while I’m at work? I pace back and forth a lot running machines where I’m at (factory). Would this do any good or just waste my energy?
