I'm just going off what the scale says my friend. I have no reason to lie. Ask anyone here who knows me I'm not full of shit. I've been hovering at 289-292lbs for a while. My diet is exactly the same every day I have a thread about it somewhere. I have continued to eat exactly the same shit everyday and the scale has gone up 7lbs in 2 weeks. Those are just the facts. Anyone here can take it what it's worth. I never claimed I gained 7lbs of muscle in 2 weeks. So maybe your confused as to my post.
I wasn’t insinuating you were lying brother. I apologize if that’s what you thought. I was inferring that maybe you are mistaken in the amount of weight you gained in 2 weeks. If you are on a deficit it’s obviously water weight. No way you can gain 7 lbs of muscle in 2 weeks. And I know you did not state that. I probably should have kept my opinion to myself. However I see people make all these crazy ass claims about the amount of weight they gain while on cycle. I don’t think it’s helpful for newbies. But anyway. Sorry.
