Desperate for help in cutting

I don't know why you think I'm arguing with you at all? I was just curious why you said "wtf, that's clean to you" about pork and potatoes... Implying that it's a dirty food. Then you go on to do it again in your post above lol, by saying that pork and potatoes are a cheat meal to you... Which is completely absurd.

I didn't want to argue, just have a conversation... Unfortunately, I had no idea you would be such a whiney little bitch about it. Maybe it's low blood sugar... Maybe a cheat meal is in order for you? Have a potato... Maybe even a diet Coke if you want to REALLY go crazy.
Lmao

Idk, perhaps I misconstrued your tone, due to chocolate’s post, and thought your were dancing to the same tune. My mistake if that’s the case, apologies.

Yeah, idk man, I am kind of ‘on’ diet even year round, and never do any bulk and cut stuff. Some don’t believe in that logic for maximal gains, but I like to also maintain a healthy lifestyle, which some tend to forget in the AAS world.

Perhaps I should have phrased it different, and simply said ‘pork and potatoes is clean on your diet? That is a cheat meal when I’m eating clean’.

Maybe I’ll go grab some fruit and a shake though, I’ve only drank black coffee this morning, perhaps I am a little low on sugar and being whiny :p

Fair enough... I'm just curious why it's a cheat for you. Do you ever eat steak and rice? The macros are pretty similar but I can't imagine that's a cheat meal.

Now, if you're thinking of fried pork cutlets and potatoes and gravy then ok, I can see how that's more tough to fit into a balanced diet.

I was just responding to that fact
Are you just arguing for the sake of arguing? I never said it’s a ‘dirty’ food because I don’t eat it. You’re putting words in my mouth.

I was simply curious what his ‘clean’ diet entailed, hence my question. My ‘clean’ is pretty extreme, to where I would consider pork chops and potatoes a cheat. Or I’m sorry, do you want to police my posts some more?

What question did I pose? ‘Wtf that’s clean for you?’. Where is there any fact being spewed? The entire question is subjective to begin with. Not the sharpest tool in the shed huh?

You 2 are acting silly and just trying to exploit something that’s not even there. You that bored?
Relax man. Just saying its subjective to question other peoples diets because you don't eat that particular food.

Haha okay so could anyone give me a good calorie goal for a clean bulk, I know there’s millions of online calculators for this but they don’t take into account someone having a slower carb sensitive metabolism , so any suggestions

Maybe start around 2800kcal and adjust from there. Keep your carbs low, under 200g. See what happens and adjust

Bro. You need to someone to guide you, you’ll learn through the way. You’ll get exactly what to do and what to eat for a minimum price. you don’t have to stress doing it on your own

No offense man but I don’t think I need to pay anyone for advice , these guys all had great input and I even asked some guys I know and they agreed with what these guys are saying , this is a forum that’s free to help rookies like myself out not to make a quick buck

It's not a terrible idea to hire a coach, although my opinion is biased because I am working with two coaches on meso. I couldn't be happier with my decision they've really helped me dial everything in. Just a different perspective that's all. You can do it on your own for sure, just have to get all your ducks in a row and stay focused.

Consistency is key, bottom line.

A Simple Solution is to do what you're doing now but Before bed eat 12 oz of chicken breast and two cups of white rice, It'll help you clean bulk and adds around 800 clean calories with 100 protein that will help you grow muscle all night. That was my secret on cycle clean bulking weapon and it was incredible. Plus every single ifbb Pro on YouTube does the same thing every single day, that's where I got the idea.

I mean 40/40/20 protein carbs fat on 2800 calories doesn’t seem to hard to comprehend , lean meats, white rice , and nuts. I think I can handle that part of it. Just was curious as to why my weight loss halted

Lol. It’s more to it than just hitting 2800 Cals a day.. and then what are you planning to do?
