Just a couple comments this morning.

One thing I am noticing is I seem to becoming hungry between my meals. Currently about 3200 cals a day. I am thinking maybe increase calories some.

Second oddity last night pinning right quad, I let go of the syringe to re adjust my position and it was like there was some torque on it and the syringe and needle turned on it's own lol. I let go a second time to see if it happened again and it did. I assume I must be adding some torque myself when holding it and it springs back when I let go.

Hey man - good work, keep it up! Do you have any particular numbers set as strength goals for this cycle/training log? You seem to be focusing mostly on strength so just curious if there is a particular level you are looking to achieve on certain lifts.

Thanks, I don’t have a specific level in mind, I am just wanting to get stronger and put on some size. If I had to pick some numbers, I Would love to get a 500 DL, 400 SQT, 300 Bench at some point.

So as I am a planner and try to keep a couple steps ahead at all times I am having some thoughts and looking for others thoughts.

I know its early for this blast yet as the max test levels aren't up yet but am thinking of my transition to my cruise at end of November. I was thinking 4 to 6 weeks before the end of the blast running Var at 50mg a day for 6 weeks finishing the blast and running into my cruise. Hoping to firm up and start some fat loss even if it is minute.

Sitting here laughing at myself planning ahead and even thinking about my next blast and I am only 3 weeks into my first lol.
 
If your going to drop your calories a bit and lean out towards the end then Var would be a great compliment to keep strength up and help to not waste any muscle as well. Don’t expect miracles from it. It’s a mild but very useful compound.
 
Sixth pin last night and a rest day, boy did I need it. Tonight is upper body power day.

I dont know if it is because I have been thinking about it and it has become psychosomatic or real but it seems my nipples are sensitive or maybe feel a little itchy. Maybe a better way to put it is I am conscious they are there. There doesnt seem to be any puffiness, no lumps. Also o have no bloat or water retention.

I am leaning towards it being in my head right now but dont want tits either lol. I have Adex and am questioning if maybe I should start taking .25 e3d just for piece of mind. Or maybe it's real and I better get on it.

Take a .25 to .5 mg adex now. If you’ve been on for a few weeks and haven’t taken any AI it’s highly unlikely that you will crash your E and, anyways, a couple days of fatigue is worth it to avoid bitch tits.

Dude you’ll absolutely know when you start to need an AI or increase in AI. For me, personally, they get a bit sensitive first, then itchy here and there, then I can sort of notice a bit of water retention, then a bit more itchy, doesn’t always hurt start with a lump or being swollen.. just be careful upping your AI. You don’t wanna move too quick and crash. I think your far enough in to start taking a dose of an AI to be on the safe side. Assess it after starting give it a good week or so.

It’s so funny how different people react to hormones - you actually will notice gyno developing before water retention? I can be a water buffalo but my nipples will still be completely normal lol. I always assume when somebody is developing gyno they must’ve really let shit get out of hand but then I hear stories about people taking 1 shot of test prop and waking up the next day with gyno.

I know man it’s crazy. First thing I always deal with is the itchy sensitivity before anything. Normally around week 4 is when it starts. Most of the time I don’t even start to run my AI until week 4 sometimes beginning of week 5. It ALWAYS happens when tren comes into play. Last blast I ran Tren E and it hit me like a shit ton of bricks... I had some liquid letro laying around. Misdosed it. Crashed me e2. It was a terrible 3-4 days.
