Diet and cardio

NO, not Diet and Cardio. I guarantee you I can shed Fat Off a Customer lifting, WAY QUICKER than they will doing Cardio. Cardio does NOTHING other than raise Heart rate, and burn a few calories that you can burn in half the time lifting weights. Cardio is SHIT
 
Read up on it maybe a bit. Everyone says it’s great for the Heart, but tons of ppl disagree!!!
I worked with a dude who lived clean all his life. Jogged 2-5 miles a day and had a massive heart attack. Then I had a neighbor who was 83 and smoked almost all his life and didn’t give a crap about his diet. He died of old age.

Same here...knew a guy that did 5k all the time...two massive heart attacks.
After the first his dr told him to QUIT running.......but he didnt

I have a good friend that doesn't touch cardio, just weights and tight diet....MF'er is shredded all year

Look at the people in the south eating pork fat and eggs all their lives, fat as hell and live healthy till they die in their 70’s or 80’s.

HIIT in a fasted state -- don't over do it and eat at the muscle -- is all you need besides diet and weights.

University of Western Ontario found that people lost more fat doing 4 to 6 30-second sprints (with 4-minute rest periods) than 60 minutes of incline treadmill walking.
