Selling fake cancer treatment drugs is a new level of low.....

Looks like they do these every now and then as a show of force. Make some examples out of some folks, make big pharma rest easy that they're still the big dogs in the market. Grey and black markets will adapt, then interpol et. al. adapt in kind and the cycle continues. It's always been risky, always will be.

Makes you wonder what the percentages are. How much more volume does the US have over Canada or France? How would that balance out percentage wise? I wonder if they are even ballpark to one another or if it's wicked different

They could find it all I think. When you check bags on a plane they can see everything when It goes thru whatever it is. Telling me they can’t spot Gear? Send a man to the moon but can’t see what’s in an envelope? Yeah right, they can see everything that goes thru.

to target 465 websites that illegally sell potentially dangerous, unapproved versions of opioid, oncology and antiviral prescription drugs to U.S. consumers...

So fake or unlicensed oncology and antiviral meds are a higher priority to the FDA than steroids are?
Is that because big pharma doesn't profit much from steroids these days.

Neither do I, but where do any of the articles say the drugs were "fake"?

Counterfeited? of course. Fake? Perhaps- I just don't see reports of it.
Last I heard, counterfeit and fake were synonyms.
If “counterfeit” narcotics contain fentanyl, resulting in OD and death; then “counterfeit” cancer drugs containing other than the desired active ingredient are just as harmful.
Seems like fake is easier to say when discussing detrimental effects of black market drugs.

Maybe I just oversimplify things.

There was a recent bust, don't remember which one, but the guy was selling the typical anabolics and i vividly remember it saying he was charged with possession and distribution of counterfeit drugs.

Wondering if this was from UGL ancillaries, like Adex, or if it was from big pharma money makers like Cialis?

"The man" doesn't consider UGL Test to be a counterfeit drug, correct?
