So anyway, if anyone has advice on my lab questions above I'm all ears. How high are some of you veterans (older guys) comfortable letting your E2 get without any sides? I'm older so my E2 is naturally higher by default anyway. LH/LSH is LOW too....

Well you’re using roids, and your body is detecting elevated hormones so your hypothalamus stopped releasing gnrh which leads to to the pituitary gland not secreting lh & fsh which means your body is producing little T. In short your hpga has been disrupted by the T which happens to everyone using roids.

No one said you should plan your life around Meso. If you wanted to know about your e-2 and wasn’t trying to get store credit then why post it here and not create a thread in the proper forum?
Anyway take .5 Adex the day after each shot (assuming your splitting it twice a week) then re check it in a few weeks. Mine was 99 on 250 with no ai and my test was 1670. Had literally zero sides of high e2 and was surprised how high is actually was.

We’ve become a little more lax lately than what I’ve seen in the past when spoon feeding.

If your worried about your E-2 or related sides like others said take .5mg Adex twice a week and have some labs done to see how your reacting. Personally I just take 1mg once a week.

Are you just TRT or are you blasting?

Just TRT. For now. I’m not that worried about my E2 because I don’t have any sides. Not a single one. But extra input is always nice. When I saw the TRT doc (back in the day) I was simply prescribed adex. I let her decide my dose. I’ve been running for the last six weeks without an AI. Just trying to lear, and learn the numbers. I’m not worried now because no one said “holy shit you’re fucked” up when they looked at my numbers. So thanks for the responses guys, I’m good now.
