Damn did start at 100mgs? Ed I was thinking 50 to 60mgs. So I don't have sides which winny doesn't really have super extreme. However, isn't 100mgs a little high?

Edit added but why fish oil and not krill? I love krill oil over fish oil.
Started at 100mg out the gate. I plan to do a taper down the last two of six weeks. I have experience with Winny. I have to short cycle so I’m going full steam ahead. I use a combo mackerel, sardine, and anchovie oil. Also using buffered Vitamin C complex powder, milk thistle, and policosanol.

I also use NAC,TUDCA, choline and inositol
 
No Deca. My new endo wants me to do 90 day labs so I’m short cycling and I’m going to reschedule my appointment as it approaches to pull a couple of more weeks out of it. So I bridged Prop into my Cyp. I’ve never had to sit down and plan a cycle all the way down to the day to stop to get all my values right before bloods. My last Doc was 5 month labs.
Why not NPP?

Try finding arim1care I think its called.It's a full scycle support and has nac, tudca, coq10 and every thing I go that route as well as krill oil. Just a recommendation

Edit. Also on the winny I guess I run 60 max because I love to run proviron with it as well. So its a double tap. An if depending i will also run dbol or adrol depending on the goals im trying to meet.

There is a bunch of different options out there for cycle support, and they make it easy. Check the total mg of active ingredient. Much of the time if the individual supps are bought separate a better value can be had.
 
Funny you mentioned that. I was probably only eating 800-1100 calories a day and my weight never went down. I started working out and eating real food and I started to notice the change

I am by no means looking for a magic solution. I’ve been having my calories around 1800-2500 a day for the last 3-4 months , I am just an impatient person lol

I heard the crack/cocaine/heroin diet melts fat off. You don't even have to eat because you don't even want to! Lol.

Not true for everyone with the opioids, I remember one night I was eating a rack of ribs while my friends were vomiting every 30 min lol
 
I ate like I pig when I was popping pain killers all day and night. Gave me laser focus on whatever task I had to preform.

lol me too, opioids were part of the reason I gained weight, but when were added I really gained weight. The opioids helped with work but unfortunately after awhile it got out of control and made things worse. Not worth it to go back for me, rather continue with school and get a crappy job till I get my degree or get some kind of paid internship than go back.

I'm that way with Adderall. I van only take it like once a month to get that feeling though. Day 2 is never as fun.

Adderall is one of the rx I get for ADD, helps focusing a bit, mostly when it comes to concentrating on something like an important test.

They aren’t worth it. They ultimately ruined my career, well I did that but you get my point.
 
Triceps. I don’t even work them as much anymore because I need work elsewhere. Been focusing on my legs , it’s difficult because I have bum wheels. Love some chest and shoulders too. Bah fuck it I like it all.
