315x13 and 405x6 485x1. I have the 485 on video. 2 days ago I hit 225x25 just for fun.

Mine are similar but i hit 13lb for 315 reps, 6 lb for 405 reps, and 1lb for 485 reps

Guys need advice, a friend of mine is running 200mg tren EW and I am trying to tell him that he should bump it up to 400 since he wont see much at that dose. Am I wrong?

Now for me, I want to run tren higher then 400MG for once but my blood pressure gets high, any tips on how to combat this? I read cialis might work but not tryna use it at my current age unless im really tryna punish a woman

Definitely prefer tren a over the E but not complaining! Took the weekend off and finally got past 210#! 213# today and I'm always pretty lean! Always loved watching the scale go up!!

Probably 16 weeks. Gonna be hitting Test 500/wk, Tren A 400/wk, on for 2 weeks, off for 2, alternating that with NPP 400/wk and hitting Var 75 mg/day, alternating that as well - on for 2 weeks, off for 2 and finally, Mast E 400/wk, kickstarted with Mast P.

Have him run it at what’s he’s comfortable with. If anything start real low and adjust doesage based on sides.

Besides the first couple nights I haven’t had any tren dream thanks to ambien. Also haven’t had any night sweats besides 1-2 times. I’m running tren e so it may make it different but ffs I have hell hydrating.
