I believe most people, including those with different political views, are good people. The war isn’t with them but with the individuals WAY further out on the wing with the ability to vocalize hate and misinformation. Left leaning and right leaning centrists don’t get time on CNN or Fox.
This is why the constant misleading new reporting will eventually lead to one of two things: people will either become indoctrinated and passivated by forcing infighting or realize enough is enough and make their own opinions.
What better education? The left writes their own history and facts. That isn’t education that’s indoctrination.You are allowed to have your opinion. I personally feel that a better educated society can only improve things. Pay teachers better and maybe they all won't be communists

Honestly I’m a right wing death squad type guy but I’m not against green solutions that don’t rape the taxpayers and make sense. That will never happen because corporate greed/consumerism but...After all this is our only home.

Professor, if your down I would like to meet up some day and shoot a little bit with you. Probably handguns to start then long guns. I have made it a goal of mine to shoot with every anti gun person in Oklahoma. I can all but guarantee after we hang out you will be pro gun and we will be friends who can agree to disagree on a lot but realize we have so much more in common than not. I've done this with dozens of people. Education is more than a PhD, its proficiency with firearms, proficiency in debate, physical education, public relations, etc.

Never said I was anti-gun, what I said (or more accurately, implying) was that if people do their voting only based upon that one issue then they are doing their country/state a disservice imo. Also I never said one needs to have a PhD to be educated....For most people getting a PhD is a waste of time and money.
Voting is a waste of time now. When is the last time any politician has actually represented the people ? When is the last time a politician has upheld they’re Oath to the Constitution ? Every time you vote you do yourself and countrymen a disservice by giving these human filth more power over us. Freedoms lost are never willingly given back.

It’s actually the progressives from both camps that are socialists. Dems have been taken over by progressives and there are quite a few in the repub camp.
