Every morning an hour after my hgh I eat 4 hardboiled eggs, almost 2 cups of oatmeal with 4 huge scoops of peanut butter(no sugar), and 1 cream cheese wheat bagel. Dude it's so much oatmeal I need a shovel lol!

When ever I get my little hobby farm back, I’m going to be raising meat and egg chickens. Butcher up 80 whole chickens and have my eggs year round.

I also raised muscovy ducks

I just drink pasteurized egg whites with orange MIO. Tastes like an orange float from A and W!! I drink 20 egg whites a day when bulking.
