I’d like to hear your take on this...

Seems like most people have certain muscle groups that overpower other muscle groups. For me my shoulders (front delts) overpower my chest. Seems like @Fitfemale31 traps and shoulders may be overpowering other muscles on her and causing them to grow more than the other muscles and are seemingly getting bigger from this. So if she continues the same exercises and workout routine then wouldn’t the drugs enhance those overpowering muscles? By upping her doses and not adjusting workout routines seems like it may put more emphasis on those overpowering muscles to where they seem larger or more enhanced?
I guess what I’m getting at is with her goal and using var then diet would for sure be the number one thing. But if she has areas that are looking more pronounced then wouldn’t it be better to change her workouts instead of upping any dose but keeping her diet on point? Idk if this would apply to anavar or not so let’s also use any AAS for discussion purposes.

For me, where my anterior delts overpower my chest on pushing movements I never isolate my anterior delts in my workouts when I hit shoulders.

Genuinely curious on your take on this as well as anyone else’s.

I definitely think there is some truth to that. I would say for me it’s the same. Front delts shoulders upper chest. I think some people are just genetically predisposed to certain things and respond accordingly. The conversations I’ve had with @Fitfemale31 are pretty solid facts but at the same time kinda broad. I believe that the info and rules that are in this world of fitness are like directions to a location but ultimately it’s up to you on how you (or your coach) get you there. So if you notice things or your coach does then you should adjust accordingly.
 
It does make sense and I understand what you’re saying. I’m not taking what you’re saying in the wrong way at all as I appreciate all the education and tips I can get especially given this is my first cycle. I most certainly understand diet and have an incredibly clean dialed and closely tracked diet (on and off prep). However, since starting the var never have I eaten in a surplus. I have been at maintenance 2100 calories until last week. Last week was the first week I’ve went into a deficit. I’m using many many tools that are measuring my progress on a weekly basis. The scale hasn’t budged, however, I have gained 1.5 in the hips. I have lost 1 inches in my waist. My shoulders are up 1.5 inches. My body fat has dropped by 2% so the growth is obviously not due to fat (I know there is other tissue as well as water but that is quite a substantial amount of new mass to be attributed to water retention). Plus I’m all around much tighter and harder everywhere. I’m very tuned into my body. It is clear to me and those around me I have gained mass in my upper body in this short short amount of time w/o being in any type of surplus or gaining fat. Now if adding the var is the only variable that changed...... could it just mean I’m walking around with a mean shoulder pump all the time but it’s most definitely not muscle given that I’m not in a surplus? Or could it mean that given this is my first cycle my body is performing optimumally and building muscle while in a deficit?
So like @Roger rabbit said glycogen stores and like I said steroids enhance. The thing that I believe you are missing and this isn’t an insult at all is experience. All the info you have on being dialed in is great but you’ve been a Ford the whole time. Now you’re a Lamborghini. Your body had become super efficient at utilizing your macros. The calories in on cycle no longer give the same effect when off cycle.

However, it has been shown that people who don’t have a history of lifting weight or any type of resistance training can in fact build muscle while losing fat (newbie gains) in a deficit for a window of time while their body adapts? Could there be a similar reaction from your body while it adapts to anabolics?
I’d agree with that to some degree.

The amount of muscle actually gained is very minuscule if it is being built in a deficit. ( in both your scenarios)

The body has a hard enough time developing actual muscle in a calorie surplus and the human body doesn’t want to build muscle, it wants to take the path of least resistance to survive.

Someone asked a while ago but not sure if it was answered: Anadrol/Winny, 3 days alternating from 1 to the other...who is doing it? Pros and cons? Adrol bloating/bp issues? Winny dryness/joint issues? 50mg each daily? They balancing each other out well? Anyone run it with test and npp?

Did you see the perfect square sheet of ice they found in Antarctica? Gee, I wonder how that happened. And the “wildfires” out west... weaponized laser beams. Tell me how a fucking car is melted but green trees all around still remain. And don’t feed me the BS that a green tree won’t burn as fast. If STEEL is being melted, a tree will burn, wet or not. Otherwise, wouldn’t firefighters just hose down forests as a preemptive strike to stop fire from spreading? Yeah... HAARP.
