Retatrutide + Cagrilintide

Hello,
Does anyone here have experience with Retatrutide + Cagrilintide stacked together?
So far I’ve only been on Reta by itself. It’s been about 3–4 months since I last used Reta consistently — now I’ve only been taking it sporadically when my hunger got completely out of control. The highest dose I ever ran steadily was 6 mg weekly.
I just got my hands on both Reta and Cag and plan to start injecting tonight as extra support during my RFL diet. I’m also on 200 mg TRT per week.
Does this dosing schedule look reasonable to you?
I’m planning to start with 2 mg Retatrutide + 0.5 mg Cagrilintide and then increase every two weeks, following the progression in the picture.
Thanks...

You’re increasing the dose before the previous one has even had time to fully saturate. Retatrutide’s half-life is roughly a week, so it takes about 4–5 weeks per dose level to actually reach steady-state plasma levels.

Reta brings far more metabolic benefits than cagrilintide; cag is basically just an appetite suppressant. You’ll get better results by pushing reta as high as you can tolerate first and letting it handle most of the appetite control. Then bring in cag only once reta alone isn’t enough. That approach also lets you take full advantage of the added health benefits from its GIP-R and glucagon-R agonism.
Why do most people stack retatrutide with tirzepatide instead of retatrutide + semaglutide for appetite suppression?

Wouldn't reta + sema be better for appetite suppression than reta + tirz?

Like everyone else said above Cagri makes you feel like shit. Don’t want to do anything , some people are hyper responders, 1mg of cagri and 2mg of Reta and I don’t even want to go outside as soon as I get home from work.
Yup. I hated cagrilintide. I think in the future if I use retatrutide I'll add sema or tirz for more appetite suppression instead

I'm 7 months into my weightloss and 35kg down. I'm currently on 6mg reta and 0.4mg cagri, taken Tuesday (cagri)/Friday (reta). Started on prescription Tirz and used that for 4 months, got to 7.5mg there.

I took 0.5mg for the first dose of cagri and needed to have an afternoon nap. I took 0.25 for the next dose. I tolerate it pretty well now. Sometimes I think I get a little tired on shot day but it's not too bad.

Reta actually makes me hungrier and crave chocolate, etc. I also have some tirzepatide at home from my wife. Do you think it makes sense to try 5mg of reta and 1mg of tirzepatide, or should I start with 8-10mg of reta?
Thanks for your input.

I have been going back and forth between tirz and reta, stacked mid-week with cagrilintide, for about six months. I was doing tirz or reta or stacking them experimentally for a little over a year before that. And tirz alone or with sema for another year before that. My primary goal is blood sugar control as a low level diabetic (just past pre-diabetes), but also some weight loss and hunger control. Food noise has been a lifelong challenge.

Retatrutide to me had the most side effects; gastrointestinal, fatigue, all of them. Cagrilintide has had the least. Really nothing. Tirzepatide gave me all the usual expected sides, but not as much as reta.

Being on cagri plus one of the others has the least fatigue, lowest gastrointestinal problems, and good blood sugar control. Unfortunately I'm a low responder to all of them so my dosage has to be high. I take max dose of reta/tirz alone, but when stacked with cagri, I do half of max of each. I split the dose by 3-4 days.

I added 1mg Cag to 2mg Reta three days ago it kicked in today. Just drank a protein shake and it feels like I did nothing all day but eating.

2mg Reta solo still allow me to think about food and enjoy it.
1mg Cag solo suppress the feeling of being hungry but I keep eating out of boredom, frustration.

Reta solo awesome.
Cag solo not worth it.
The combination is insane.
