A quick anecdotal review/ feels report if you will.

I’ve been on 500mgs of sust and 400mgs of mast E great feels cycle so far. Great experience overall, today ends my 16 week cycle no complaints whatsoever.

Planning on running the same cycle with the addition of EQ.

Also looking to add dapox for some cardio I’ve seen some you mention dapox, are you guys getting that from titter? I don’t see it on his list unless I missed something
He doesn’t have dapox yet. What exactly does it do for cardio?

LOL, never correlated the two since dapox messes with the serotonin uptake to make you last longer in bed. Nothing I’ve ever read of it speaks to it helping with actual stamina nor cardiovascular system.
 
*Sausage gravy. But yeah. The best breakfast imo. Close second is a chorizo omelette with all kinds of peppers and cheese with salsa. Mmmm. Banging.

Best breakfast hands down, and i think @Skorecese (who i believe from previous posts is a New Yorker), will agree is a bacon-egg-cheese on a hard roll at any Bodega or deli in the ny metro area. If youve never had one in NY you just cant understand

Iceman t bagger who ever I need advice I’m three weeks in on a cycle and was doing stand up barbell curl strict and I pulled something in my shoulder so I took off for four days cause it hurts in the front behind delt area and I feel it when I’m benching curling ect fuck so I can’t go all the way down on my bench it’s affecting a lot of my arm movement I don’t know if I should just stop and let it heal do I work through it with really light weight do I stop the cycle I’m not prone to injury because I respect but for some stupid ass reason I did a one rep with weight I shouldn’t of been trying but I didn’t go crazy swing the weight I stopped it before I even got going but by then something in my shoulder tweaked so I’ve been fortunate enough and respectful not to of had too many injuries I’m just not sure how to handle this one because it’s affecting so many different areas in my lifting and I’m excited for the spring to come and of course I understand that healing is important of course but I’m just not sure how to go about it ..

Have you tried cutting out the barbell work? Maybe switch to dumbbells and cables while you give it a break.

Definitely stop or at the very least, see if you can work around it with different exercises that won’t aggravate it further. If you can’t, you’ll need to stop that area to let it heal. Worst case scenario is like @tengtren said and just cut it off lol. Take some anti inflammatories also.

Imo id get out of the cycle for now. Take a couple weeks off, use some anti-inflammatories, maybe a little band work. That biceps tendon is a bitch
