Awesome! Thanks man

I pulled the tank, mechanical pump and all the old lines today. I put a new pump and sending unit in a few years ago but never changed the lines so it's going to be cool to have all new lines. The sending unit has a return line build into it, so I am assuming I can simply use this to connect to for the return. The pump and filters will just get mounted to the inner frame near the bottom of the tank (or somewhere appropriate).

The o2 sensor is a little bit of a pain, need to drop the exhaust to get a good angle with my drill. Easy enough with the correct clearance though.

What i'm struggling with is the coolant sensor. I have an available opening on the intake but it's a larger opening than the provided o2 sensor, to the right of the t stat housing. Are there reducers that can help with this? I'm going to call Holly and ask tomorrow I think.

That's it for now...

don't waste ur time go to depot or hardware store and buy a brass reducing bushing . not sure what pipe three the sender is but usually 3/8 if the hole is bigger then its 1/2" good luck

It is a half inch so I need to reduce it. Couldn't find it on home depot, but basically this is what it looks like I need. Screenshot_20190303-172448_Chrome.jpg

or any plumbing supply
Had thought of this as well. Found it at the depot. You have to read the description to know the bushing can handle the tapered NPT threads. Awesome, thanks for the time dude. Now i just need to keep small animals from eating acorns under my hood!!
