I think we live in the same state lol, but the rite aid sold me as many needles and syringes as I wanted, the pharmacist knows me, since I’ve been going there nearly a decade. They asked me if I had an rx I said no, the girl checked with him and were like what and how many.
Syringe/needles aren’t illegal here, I remember a friend who is now dead and I were on an all night drug binge and he wanted syringes for his H and another rite aid near a heavy drug addict area sold him his syringes. Last I remember it’s up to the pharmacist.

Way way west on 90, I honestly don’t know if the pharmacist can deny you or not, but seeing as they sell needles to junkies you shouldn’t have an issue and there’s a lot of them here with their damn encampments, they don’t even prosecute for under a gram of drug possession, but they should apply it only to state residents.
Actually they give out needles, you don’t even need to exchange used needles to get them, which is a terrible idea cause these jackholes toss their used needles on the streets along with their poop. Can’t even go downtown anymore.
