Feeling inflamed

Basically my body just kinda feels like crap. My elbows are inflamed, especially the left one. My joints just feel kinda old and slow right now. I've been tired a lot too. Any suggestions on what might help to get over this hump and start feeling good again?

I take msm 3grams daily and curcumim(solgar
brand)1 sofgel and Knox gelatin 1 tablespoon in my morning protein shake. Everyday! It works.

Get bloods done bro. They will tell all. If your feeling inflamed, ur blood pressure may be up. Have you checked it in a while? U may need to donate blood. But honestly there's a galaxy of things that It could be kinda like fixing a car withou puttin it on a sophisticated machine that'll pin point the problem. If we're not pinpointing the problem in the very beginning then we're just pretty much throwing gasoline on the Fire by taking a bunch of shit that you probably don't even need in the first place lol

Curcumin or turmeric work wonders for inflammation; ginger root is also awesome for inflammation. But definitely get those bloods bro or at the very least, get that hematocrit and BP checked.

Yeah my BP is at 137 over 77. It's been up for about 6 weeks or so. I probably do need to donate and I'll be coming off soon. I'm just surprised I'm feeling this way. I felt great last cycle

I guess I don’t know fully what you mean by inflamed, but your fingers, feet and ankles will feel fat and puffy.
I guess the inflammation is mostly just my elbows. I'm just dragging ass lately. I'm hoping my BP comes down when I cycle off. It's usually like 118 over 65. But it's been high since I've been on this cycle. Will high hematocrit cause BP to increase?

Also, my diet has consisted mostly of eggs, meat, and rice. I haven't been eating very many fruits and vegetables at all. Could diet be a factor?

High crit definitely contributes to HBP. That and the HBP alone will make you feel like ass and feel sluggish. Have you donated blood recently?
