Umbilical hernia surgery and cycling

Basically, i had hernia surgery 3 years ago.
Since saturday it hurt again and i could feel a small lump, doctor just gave me an appointment for next thursday to get it fixed surgically.
What can i take to speed the recovery process up a bit?
I would have done my summer cycle soon and well, dont want to get my training interrupted by something like this

Just listen to the doc and take it easy. I had one repaired about 10yrs ago. They used the mesh to repair mine. Did you have the mesh put in or did they just stitch it? My friend had the stitches and it popped on him again. Guy owns a moving company and the doc didnt mesh it? He was pissed. He had to go back and have the mesh put in. Hope it goes well for you but just be patient.....

Just got checked and doc said i have a new opening about 5mm (around 1/4 inch wide) and we agreed on fixing it before it gets bigger and worse.
Theyll put a mesh in of course but im wondering why it opened up in the first place since theres supposed to be a mesh inside at same spot already.

Working in a hospital has taught me anyone can become a doctor. Some of the shit I’ve seen with these surgeons you wouldn’t believe. Hernia suregery is an extremely easy fix, for the most part, a second tear in the same place is suspect to me is all. Just be careful

It fucking sucks, right before i was supposed to start summer cycle.
Also im tired of getting thrown back in training all the time

Hgh I am using it after my surgery my doc is scratching his head how I am healing so fast. Even the skin grew over the stitches so fast when he pulled them out it was horrible had to dig in my skin to get them out.

Unfortunately itll take too long to get hgh right now and for it to kick in and all that..
But my basic thought, on this surgery the hole ive got gets sewn together, and since its muscle tissue thats sewn together as far as i know, there should be faster recovery on aas too because of protein synthesis and whatnot?
It was just a basic thought i had and since im getting surgery on 18th, and wouldve started my summer cycle like a week later i couldve thrown something additional in there..

It's worth every penny when you can finally be able to get it. I would just use 2 iu a day 5 days a week for fat burning and healing. You can stretch it longer that way and still get nice results.

On the other hand, i dont think the hernia ive got now, is related to this one i had back then
