What kind of injury do you have? I've been battling a groin issue for 6 months now and it just doesn't seem to want to get back to one hundred percent.

I thought about trying TB500 and BPC, but i read BPC needs to be injected near the injury. I don't think I'm man enough to stick a pin in my groin
I tore my left pec.

Yeah BPC is best used in area of injury.....soooooo fuck that. Lol. You could always try TB500. Here is some info on it TB-500: The Full Guide To Thymosin Beta-4 | CRAZY RESULTS

You mix it with bacteriostatic water correct? What's a good doseage per week? 5mg? And how often do you pin?

You might like MK-677 as well. I take it about 6 weeks on/off and I really notice a difference in recovery and joint health when I'm taking it. I also sleep like a baby

Used to love leg day always did competitions in high school for deadlifting and squats but after I hurt my self I kind of toned it down plus at work I can’t burn out my legs so I just use machines to keep my body proportional

Isn’t BPC just better at the site of injury, not necessary? I’m not well versed.
Yes it's better at the site but not necessary.

From an article

BPC-157 is also known as a “stable gastric pentadecapeptide”, primarily because it is stable in human gastric juice, can cause an anabolic healing effect in both the upper and lower GI tract, has an antiulcer effect, and produces a therapeutic effect on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) – all again surprisingly free of side effects.

As demonstrated in the research studies cited above, BPC-157 also accelerates wound healing, and, via interaction with the Nitric Oxide (NO) system, causes protection of endothelial tissue and an “angiogenic” (blood vessel building) wound healing effect. This occurs even in severely impaired conditions, such as in advanced and poorly controlled irritable bowel disease, in which it stimulates expression of genes responsible for cytokine and growth factor generation and also extracellular matrix (collagen) formation, along with intestinal anastomosis healing, reversal of short bowel syndrome and fistula healing – all of which can extremely frustrating issues in people who have gut pain, constipation, diarrhea and bowel inflammation.

Yes. BPC is taken in mcg and comes in 5mg vials (5000mcg) and I'm going to inject 250mcg 2xs a day. Edit: @Brawny (somehow the quote got butchered.)
How To Use BPC-157
