So today was my third day. I started low at 100mg a day. My first day I felt "normal", Tuesday I felt a little warmer almost like I was walking on a treadmill for 20 minutes uphill. I didn't think anything of it because I was fire retardant clothing at work, today I felt the same warmth even though temperature was 15-20 degrees lower. It seems to only last a few hours then the "heat" is gone. I'm going to stay at 100mg through Friday then go up to 200mg, for 11 days then for the last 5, if I'm feeling ok I'll go to 300mg. I only plan on a 21 day run. Does this sound ok to you guys?
