200mg of shredded labs or a different source? I did 200mg for first 7 days. 300mg for next 3. Then 400mg for the next 5. 400 was fucking brutal. I said I wouldn’t use it again but more I think about it having all the dnp I have I probably will. I just don’t need to go 400mg and I can avoid most of the harsh sides. No need to go above 200mg imo. Was plenty. And gave me very little sides. Just tad hot. And gym performance suffered. It wasn’t till I got up to 300 then 400 I experienced problems. If you weren’t seeing results at 200mg I’d question quality. If and when I do it again in the winter I’m going go 200mg and run it for tad longer and see how that works.

My buddy Is dying to get his hands on some just waiting until payday, because he has run dnp a bunch of times in the past, I gave him 6 100mg caps of SL, and he said he doesn’t ever remember getting that hot that fast on the other dnp he has used. That’s what you want though. You want to be hot.

I’m on my second day at 600mg and tomorrow will be the last day before I’m out of what I ordered. 600mg still isn’t too terrible for me but I keep a fan on me when I’m inside. 400mg was a cake walk.

You gonna go low carb to remove water weight and see what u got after cycle?
 
Right on, most guys I know can’t stay away from carbs. I personally had been in ketosis for over 4 months when I started my 3wks of dnp. Not sure your diet, but guys that keep carbs to less than 100g Usually can avoid the level of heat that others that consume large amounts can not. I am not currently running anything other than aas with t3, and t3 just because I have tren in the mix.

I just eat more meat if I get starved.

Nope going to refeed for a few days after it leaves my system to replenish glycogen then reverse diet and start my summer lean bulk.

I’m eating about 150-200g of carbs on DNP, down from my normal 250-300g while cutting without DNP.

Yes, and yes. First tango with DNP was three years ago with Dinitro’s crystal at 500mg/day. Got shredded as fuck. This run has been at 200mg and then 400mg, followed finally by the last 3 days at 600mg. I bought 30 caps. Again, I’m shredded as fuck even before my cycle ended and the DNP left my system. I’m very pleased with DNP for a second time and will be ordered more to have on hand after I finish my lean bulk.

Right on. I probably know better than to ask this question but every once in a while people end up amazing me, so are you ripped because you were blessed with good genetics, or were you an average guy with an above average regimen that was able to put the pieces together to get What you consider RIPPED.

If you happen to be a guy with excellent genetics, I am not trying to take anything away from that. In my mind you are blessed. But if you were an average guy with an above average regimine. What AAS Do you prefer ? how many kcals do you take in a day? Do you do cardio or weights or both??

I have poor genetics when it comes to building muscle but my work ethic is incredibly strong when it comes to bodybuilding. I have the bone structure of an ectomorph but put on fat at the rate of a mesomorph. I like test, tren and trestolone. Have never ran deca but am considering it’s short ester NPP when I order more gear for my next blast. Also really want to try masteron for my next cut, but I don’t see myself preferring it to tren. Favorite oral is winny for cutting, and Methylstenbolone for bulking. Cut at 2500-2700kcal and gain at 3500-4000kcal. I hate cardio and rely on my diet and increasing weight training intensity to cut. I think cardio is useless except when it comes to heart health and endurance, but for fat loss... not doing any cardio until I get below 10% body fat.

Msten ?? I have absolutely zero knowledge of it. I have used masteron and honestly loved it. However, in all honesty, I wasn’t able to run it at above 400mg every wk like I would have liked to. But for the 6wks I used it at 250mg it was great.
I have a bunch of NPP right now and I have never used it either. My plan was to run npp, tpp, and masteron prop, and end with winny. But I just had blood drawn, so I want to see where my E2, PRL, progesterone, Test, and t3 levels are at b4 I begin

Yeah msten is my favorite oral for bulking. No water retention or aromatization, just nice dry gains and decent strength increases.
 
Quick note on 600mg of DNP. I’ve been splitting up the 600mg into three doses spread by about 5 hours instead of taking 400mg all at once when I was at 400mg/day, and everything is peachy keen until I take the third dose of the day and turn into a human furnace for 3 hours after, and then I’m fine again. It’s not the most terrible thing, but I can’t imagine dropping 600mg at once. I’d be a goddamn volcano.
 
I see some people take albuterol on DNP to prevent breathing issues. What mg dosage are we talking here? Is the standard 4mg every 12 hours good enough, or will dosages need to be higher?
