You don't get breathing issues from DNP... If you did, taking Albuterol to treat it wouldn't be advised.

It's just used for the extra fat loss. Like clen, ECA, etc.

That happens automatically when you stop dnp. Today is my 3rd day off and water weight is close to being gone. Muscles are full as fuck again. Glycogen is back. Workouts are back how they should be.
Yeah the rebound effect that everyone talks about is not at all a farce. It is the real deal. I am not sure if there really is an “anabolic rebound,” but I can tell you that because of the increase in muscle glycogen, after being extremely depleted, it definitely feels like there is. My lifts sky rocketed, and my workout felt like they had been rocket propelled into another dimension after I had rid my body of the lethargy.
I decided to wait, on taking ECA until after I finished my DNP cycle. I had no idea that aspirin is a mitochondrial uncoupler too. So I figure that it might be too much on my system first time around. Then I thought about it. I very well could have run EC+DNP, and just left out the aspirin, which the ephedrine and caffeine could have free’d up more fatty acids making the dnp all that more effective. When I heard that aspirin in an uncoupler, I almost lost my shit, but it makes perfect sense. Hence the reason why ECA is probably the second most effective fat burning combo available.

This image is from the study I posted on the effects of aspirin on GI tract. As you can see from the attached image, aspirin increased mitochondrial respiration by 300% while DNP increased it by 400%. However, the authors stated that this concentration of DNP is not safe and in reality most people using DNP likely achieve uncoupling much closer to the one achievable with aspirin. In addition to its effectiveness, aspirin seems to be able to uncouple mitochondria over a much wider concentration range compared to DNP or indomethacin (which also uncouples respiration). This means that one can experiment with lower or higher doses of aspirin as needed, even though most people may end up trying a lower dose due to fear of GI side effects. As shown by the study, the fear of aspirin GI side effects is unfounded and if GI damage occurs it is likely caused by some other agent. Finally, aspirin has nothing close to the side effects observed with DNP.

Do you happen to know if crystal DNP expires? I have one cap left over of Dinitro’s DNP from 3 years ago and am wondering if it’s still ok to ingest.

Day 5. 200 200,300,400,400. I feel warm but cardio and strength is fine. No bloat, if anything I'm more vascular. Dropped a few pounds but I actually feel normal(fine). I've been sleeping fine but my pillow was a little damp this morning.

Give it more time and your strength will take a massive nosedive, but it’ll all come back quick after you finish the cycle and your body can start utilizing ATP again.

I think it takes like 9-10days for full saturation. So I'm not going to go up any in dosage.

Heats getting here. Took me fucking 2hrs to cool down after sex last night. I had to get up at 4am this morning! Other than that not too bad.

I'm not aware of any literature that indicates an "expiration", exactly. If it's been exposed to sunlight for a long period of time, then it's possible that it has degraded. If it's been kept in a cool, dry place - it should be fine. It's more of a question of potency after X amount of years.

It's also just one capsule... You can toss it and buy another for a dollar or less. :)

Did just that . Yesterday was my final day and I took a total of 800mg with my one leftover pill from Dinitro! It was extremely uncomfortable but I survived and today I’ve had hardly any heat since I didn’t dose anything. Seems I only get the hot feeling for several hours after a dose and then it dies down until I redose.

I think 400mg is my sweet spot. I'm staying here. I sweat a little on my pillow at night but feel pretty good other than that.

600mg is the upper tolerable limit for me, 800mg was too uncomfortable. 400mg was really easy and comfortable to run. Next cycle I’m going to run it at 400mg for a week then 600mg for a second week.

Yeah, I'm going to stick to 400mg. Weight training finally took a hit yesterday but I didnt sweat a drop while sleeping last night. Dropping weight daily...

I'm just doing a 10 day test run to see how I handle it. I'll take a 2wk break and then do my
3wk run. I'm curious to see how much weight I'll lose. I'm guessing 10-15lbs on the 10-11 day run.

I have a question for anyone that has run or is running dnp. When people say, like @johntt44, that their weight training takes a hit, how bad is it? Is it more or less cardio related or an actual loss of strength from the dnp? Thanks in advance

I just felt a little weak lifting. It hasn't affected my cardio.

I’ve never ran dnp. I did add clen to last summers cycle and loved it! I didn’t experience any bad sides other than a couple headaches and my fingers would shake. Like so noticeable I would keep my hands in my pockets around people. I’m really wanting to try out dnp.

Strength will eventually end up in the shitter as your body can no longer produce ATP, which is why it’s so effective for fat loss. ATP is the energy molecule that is preferred by the body when doing anything explosive such as sprinting or heavy weight training.
