I recently discovered the VG also, I often used to miss and end up with large knots and lumps. I went into my physical therapist with a golf ball size lump and he was like "are you injecting anything, this seems odd" i was like " Hmm im not sure what you mean" lmao. A good VG shot is the best hands down.

I still like to aspirate and pinning the glute makes that hard as hell. I'm a quad guy.

I used to be the same way, now i pin glutes in front of a large mirror and ive gotten the hang of it, aspirating can be a pain if its a full syringe and the stopper is pulled all the way back, but if you use a 3cc barrel and have less than that filled its not as hard. I still avoid the quads I've heard too many horror stories lol.

Hey I am curious a while ago a buddy of mine had some pins that retracted once the injection was complete. Has anyone else used these? and if so who makes them and where could I find them ??
I have searched for them but because I don’t know what they are called I havent had any luck.

Good for the field if you give out injections at work. Don't want to accidentally stick yourself with a needle that was just used to inject someone else now do you? The retraction makes it so you never have to recap a needle once done injecting.

However, for self use, it's pretty much pointless.

Each year there are documented cases of workers in the medical field contracting HIV by accident due to accidental penetration from a sharp.

I can’t believe I started a discussion on cobra kai. I only watch part of an episode, so I really can’t say that I don’t like it. I just never really liked the movie, but if you show is different maybe i will give it a shot when I have some free time.

I started watching it last week or so. I’m on like the 7-8 episode of season 1. I’m actually enjoying it lol.
I like that the Johnny character is straight up with the “loser” kids! Telling em how the world really is and basically stop being pussies!
I hardly watch tv. Especially shows that have seasons! Don’t like the commitment to that shit. Cobra Kia is short episodes. I liked Karate Kid when I was a kid but I’m thinking this spin off is better!
After watching these few episodes I now know karate! Been breaking boards and shit and karate chopping everything and everyone! Yeah, not really

Was in NYC visiting with my wife back in September. My wife grew up there. Had some bomb ass pizza for sure!! I was soooo tired from all the walking we did, I fell asleep on the metro. LMAO!

Man going to the 9/11 memorial brought a fuckin tear to my eyes. So moving. Words can’t even express.

Prova on Santa Monica Blvd. Happens to be next to a 5 guys. . It’s not a ny style pizza but it’s the closest thing To what I eat in Italy. It’s unreal, especially for west coast pizza and it gets the fix. The guys import everything, maybe even the water. Lol. If anyone in your group is gluten free - it’s almost indiscernible. Milo & Olive in Santa Monica is also very good.

I break down every time I am down there. Sacred ground. You are right when you say that words cannot describe it.
