Finally caught up and the only thing I have to add is the best laundry detergent I ever smelt was the one time I went to Hawaii and they had some mild native flower smelling detergent that was insane. Pretty sure it was laced with coke or something.

I need to get 1 more meal in a day.
So that I can get my calories up. Even the I’m doing a clean bulk with the npp/tpp etc, I would like to seriously put on some weight.
Like I said I’m 155 pounds and I want to get to s 170. I’m about 10% bf.
I don’t mind to raise a percent or 2 on the way to that 170.
I’m about 175 grams of protein, and that’s about all I can afford. My fats are about 60 grams. I’m not for sure where my carbs are due to eating some fast food, sweets. I’m gonna guess about 100 to 120 grams
Now I know that raising my protein is what will be recommended. However I’ve about spent my limit right now on food. At least on meats. I got 5000 worth of real estate taxes due so I’m penny pinching right now.
However carbs such as rice and potatoes are affordable. Would Raising another 75 grams a day on my carbs help me get to my 170 pounds. I would actually get a few more grams from the rice and potatoes.
I just want to get to that 170 one way or another.

Rice is going to be your cheapest option. Is my go to carb source along with breads and cereal. When I do the math on what your eating it’s only 1,640 calories. My wife eats more calories then that-not a stab at you in anyway just saying It cause it’s the truth. She’s 133lbs at 1,800cals/day and she is actually cutting weight. I think you’re calories are way too low if your goal is to grow and push from 155 to 170. Raising another 75g carbs would get you an additional 300 calories which would be a good start, but probably still put you under maintenance if I had to guess. Give it a try and monitor for a week or two and see where it puts you over time then increase from there if needed.

I’m with you on that. Normally I’m a lot higher. But I’m just a little on the broke side.

Always been told proteins build muscle but you still need carbs to grow. Always been told good carbs > bad carbs. Steel cut oats, sweet potatoes, and beans have always been my "good" carbs.

Dude you need to pick that protein intake up at all costs. It’ll spark growth like no other. Then add carbs. Obviously do it when you can with the budget; protein powder is DEFINITELY NOT the cheap way.

(I’m usually with GF and she is on lunch)
She isn’t about all this dieting.
I might as well be talking trigonometry
I usually got for Arby’s half pound roast beef and curly fries. I dont drink the soda. Usually have water.

Forth meal
3/4 pound of pulled chicken on large crushed wheat bun

Fifth meal
4 eggs scrambled in coconut oil, with big can of Tuna. 2 spoons of olive oil mayo, and 2 spoons of pickle relish.

Snack on off training days
3-6 chocolate chip cookies
Snack on training days.
4-5 spoon fulls of peanut butter with no bread.

Now I’m purely trying to get to 170 pounds. I’m not preparing for a contest so I’m not concerned with some fat gain.
I’m not trying to become the Mitchlen man but if I gain a percentage or 2 I can handle that.
As I said I’m pretty strapped for cash.
Just lost my job and am on unemployment with 5 grand worth of real estate taxes due.

The most I’ve ever made it was 168 on my first blast of 12 weeks test e 600 mg a week. However my bf was about 18% when I started that blast and about 16% when I finished. Now I’m about 10% at 153.2 which I just now weighed myself this morning.

Help another short brother out.

So got up in the middle of the night and consumed 15 spoonfuls of peanut butter.
That’s like 180 grams x 7.
1260 calories
Not optimal but we can see I prob got my calories in at least.
That was with steel cut oats, protein powder, iced coffee, a pound of crab salad, and huge plate of 3 meat lasagna.
Some days when my girlfriend is off work I fall completely off the reservation.

Why 16 weeks?

A lot of information I’ve read up through various forums and some users here.

Most people are equating it to a type of EQ heavy and recommending cycle lengths as such 16-18 or even 20 weeks. And with it being a boldenon, I was under the assumption you would want to run it in the same typical manner?

Please , if I am wrong throw some information my way. I don’t want to be misinforming people

Chicken thighs are cheap. Ground beef is cheap. Both are REAL foods and will work better than powder mix.

Cut out the iced coffee. That’s just silly.

Instead of eating fast food with your wife, bring your own stuff. Minimum wage teenagers won’t say anything at the fast food joint.

I know but it’s the best I can do these last 2 months and probably next 2 months. Money is tight. I’m taking care of making sure my gf gets to work, lunch, home, baby gets to and from daycare. Maintaining my house inside and out. Doing this all on unemployment Im just slightly over loaded and under the 8 ball right now.
This was soooo much easier when I was single. 4 pounds of chicken is $12 a day
12x30=360 a month just in chicken.
When your not competing like you are, it’s pretty hard to budget in 360 a month in just chicken.

That’s wrong though. DHB is cypionate ester so 12 weeks would be fine.

EQ is an undecylenate ester that is much longer which is why EQ is run for 16-20 weeks.
