Chicken thighs are cheap. Ground beef is cheap. Both are REAL foods and will work better than powder mix.

Cut out the iced coffee. That’s just silly.

Instead of eating fast food with your wife, bring your own stuff. Minimum wage teenagers won’t say anything at the fast food joint.

Meat and potatoes to pack on mass.
Are we talking 80/20 ground beef? Or 70/30?
Because that sirloin 90/10 ain’t cheap bro at 6-7 a pound.

My iced coffee has 16 grams of protein. I’m not prepping for a contest. I’m just trying to put on mass. My iced coffee is Kroger bought not fast food bought. Costs me 6 a week for it and it’s imperative that I have it or someone is gonna die.

I don’t think the issue is the coffee. J think it’s with the money distribution. Is the coffee more important than Whole Foods for you? If it is, then get the coffee.

It’s like when people are asking for money because they are broke. Go sell your iPhone X. Oh you can’t do that, be hungry than bitch.

I would look into beans, eggs, rice, potatoes. all that shit is cheap. As far as meat, I made a badass write up on split chicken breast not to long ago. Usually 99c a lb or cheaper

A lot of information I’ve read up through various forums and some users here.

Most people are equating it to a type of EQ heavy and recommending cycle lengths as such 16-18 or even 20 weeks. And with it being a boldenon, I was under the assumption you would want to run it in the same typical manner?

Please , if I am wrong throw some information my way. I don’t want to be misinforming people
I was waiting to see how this was going to go. You say you don’t want to misinform people so here is a piece of advice. Word your responses in a way that doesn’t imply you know what you are talking. You said 5-600 a week for a minimum of 16 weeks. That Implies first hand knowledge and experience. You don’t have that. Say something along the lines of “I’ve read you can take 4-600 for up to 16 weeks. Maybe more. You should do some more research because I’m not very familiar with DHB”. It’s still helping and provides some direction and you don’t look like a fool when you get called out. I’m not trying to be a dick to you but you never know how some people might take what you say and may hurt themselves.

Well first off I’m not hungry beotch.
Matter fact eating more will require some effort I just ain’t spending 360 a month on chicken. I can pitch up some ground beef. I got 5 pound bag of rice right now and couple bags of tators.
I make up 1/2 burgers and rice for meals and 1/2 pound burgers and tators for meals

Possibly. I have thrown out several times what I have first hand experience with and don’t. If people follow the thread they would know, but I do see where you are coming from.

I got you man. It was one of those things where it’s trying to get what’s more important straighten out.

Let your woman know this is important to you, see how she takes it. Does she know about the AAS?

If you want to grow your going to have to eat. As @Mac11wildcat pointed out, your Macros may (will) surprise you. It may be helpful to go back to basics and reset: calculate your TDEE, set your macros up for your goal, go shopping, eat and train.

Yes. I don’t go into what different compounds there are. I just tell her I do a weekly shot of test. I explain it as self prescribed trt. I don’t do injections when she is here and I never leave any trace of what I’ve done.
She is an ex addict the same as I am, do she doesn’t want no part of needles, or using them, seeing them, etc.

This isn’t on her. I just need to meal prep better.

No that’s great man. Sounds like you are being responsible about it.

I signed up for mac’s program. Takes all the guess work out of it. I just buy the food, enough for my paycheck intervals, and done. I just think of it as another part of the game, and to be honest, it’s one of the cheapest in the long run. Not trying to shill, or push for it. There are some other members out there that can give feedback too if they wish

Having first hand experience and not having are two vastly different things. As well as truly understanding the compounds out there and their differences. I don’t think you’re a bad guy or that you don’t have something to offer. I just want you to make sure that what you say is as accurate and safe as it can be. Not to bring up old shit but when you first came and every word out of your mouth was use tren was a bad move. To many people lurk and can take the things here way out of context and end up doing something stupid. I don’t usually put this out there but I have a very select customer base. For legal reasons but also because I won’t give anything to any one that I don’t think is mature enough physically and mentally. Anyway. I don’t want to preach. I’m not perfect. What I said came from a good place. I’m not trying to shit on you.

Plenty of options. I buy the chicken breast with rib meat, lean ground beef, and lean ground turkey. Obviously eat more chicken and turkey to keep the cost down but I just add in vegetables and either brown rice or sweet potatoes. Eat eggs/oats for breakfast and 2 of the above meals at work and then whatever for dinner.

I’m just gonna shoot for 3600-4000 calories.
I’m gonna up my protein to 250-300 grams. I’m gonna get more egg whites involved, potatoes, white rice, bone broth, ground beef, ground chicken.
2 shakes a day made with 30 grams of protein powder, almond milk and a few scoops of peanut butter.

I get it bro. I’ve backed down a lot on it. Also it was a running joke. That’s why I said if you follow the thread. Most of the regulars know when I’m just shitting around.

This is key man. I work 4 on 3 off so I usually meal prep for 4 days. This is just for maintenance. Steak I get is usually Denver steaks. They're cheap and not bad at all. I usually eat a half pound with Mahatma yellow rice (2cups is almost 500 Cal's). That's pre lunch. Lunch I'll do half pound of chicken breast with rice or Mac n cheese or baked beans too. Breakfast is a big ass muffin that's local store brand and they're awesome (banana nut or something similar) and shakes can have a lot more than just oats. I put oats, peanut butter, protein, olive oil, fruit... Can get over a thousand Cal's easy with a shake. By time I get off work I'm usually around 3k calories in. Then I'll eat two more meals when I get home and snacks.Screenshot_20190609-183802.png Screenshot_20190609-183716.png Screenshot_20190519-193352.png

Try and be as consistent as you can man. Diet is probably the most important aspect of this game
