Hey. I’m good thank you. I usually post in the Meso thread biggest and most ripped.

Training has been good and some how blood sugar dropped to completely normal and I’m pretty much eating whatever I want. Not sure how it got info the 200s in December but now it’s back to normal. Maybe it’s the metformin

Already own the gear. Bought it before I knew I had pressure issues. Now I’m gonna run it to the max then pct and be done. If I don’t recover good enough then I move on to the trt clinic and let them prescribe and monitor my vitals.

20 weeks is long

That much testosterone elevated BP. This is what I would lower. 800 mg/week down to 600 mg/week would make a difference.

Dbol will fuck your BP up. I would drop that entirely. The anavar and winstrol are relatively mild but not for 10 weeks.

Last hoo ra or not. You want to be able to bounce back on the other side of it.

Not bad my friend. Just work and gym. @Roger rabbit hasnt been around in a while. Last we heard from him he had a fall or something fell on his head. He was having some issues but was getting better. Not sure what’s been going on. Hopefully he’s good and will show up soon.

I missed the orals for 10 weeks. No bueno! 5-6 tops imo.
 
Moved from T400 in MCT to GSO test e 300 and the knots are pretty much gone after 2 weeks I’ll give it another week or two then try the mct 300 and see if the knots/pip come back if not then I know it was the concentration of test and not the mct. If they do come back then I just don’t get along with MCT and I may have half a dozen vials of T400 to give away.

And btw if you read it...nearly every one of those women initiated with me. They were all fricking thrilled, I was wide open and honest, and they had the time of their lives for a while and often the sex of their lives. I always paid for nice dinners and good travel. I'm also not that much younger as I'm 40s, albeit in better shape and looks than what's typically found, so 4-15 years. If a woman was really looking for a serious relationship and I didn't see any future, I'd do what I always do and not continue to date.

Sorry your sex life sucks and no one wants to be with you. I'm engaged now and been monogamous for the duration. Widowed for 5-6 years before that. I assure you I'm higher quality and treat humans better than you.

Not so fun cycle update. Was going great and successfully navigated 2 injuries I got in April doing some unrelated physical training. 99% healed and snapped a bone in my foot on Father's Day. Orthopedic next week but no weight and crutches. Summer cycle done. Cruising on test and low deca for extra healing. A bit bummed but that's life and I'll have some time to focus on other stuff as I'm not traveling for work either. Could be worse.

I might drop the test down.
Maybe. We see what my tests July 3rd reveals. I’m gonna get my blood sugar retested as well as blood pressure. I’m gonna ask for a few other tests to like have them check for blood clots.

I have taken dbol 2x now and the second time was really good.
First time was a learning curve.

But I’m good.
All I really wanted to know today before we got all into my health was,,,
What are some good cheap sources of protein.

You’re right, I was overstepping and answered a question you weren’t asking.

Ground beef mixed with rice is cheap and easy 80/20 beef or 70/30. You can make a bunch ahead of time. I eat that for both breakfast and lunch some days.

You’re set with gear, and reading what you do during workouts sounds solid. Get the diet tightened up and you’re there. Like @Wrath said use a calorie tracker and figure out where you need to be each day.

Is the higher fat even good for you? I was told to do 93/7 on the ground beef and turkey.
 
To the ole man, diet plays an important role in the regulation of your blood pressure as well. If your diet is shit than that can contribute to your bad blood pressure as well. Not trying to pick on you but if you are eating fast food everyday you might want to re evaluate what you are consuming.

Like others have said ground beef and rice is a great option to get in extra calories and is real food. Flank steak, ground chicken, chicken thighs(buy in bulk at Costco or BJ’s is pretty cheap), ground turkey, Greek yogurt, etc. a lot of options.
 
Ground beef and eggs is a breakfast staple of mine. Honestly diet has a more powerful role in my BP than any med or comb . Dropping carbs alone can move my top and bottom number 20 points each in 3 days.
 
My iced coffee has 16 grams of protein. I’m not prepping for a contest. I’m just trying to put on mass. My iced coffee is Kroger bought not fast food bought. Costs me 6 a week for it and it’s imperative that I have it or someone is gonna die.

Damn. 4 servings in that bitch. 720 cals and 64 protein. Not bad.
HOWEVER... The entire bag of sugar they used to sweeten those 4 servings is probably gonna give you the beetus if you're pounding that whole thing down on the daily.
