I like Ben a lot, he’s always been good people, and one of the original brothers on this board. But I gotta admit, it took me by surprise the way he came in this thread looking for a fight, over “locker room talk”

I think he is an OG on every board. I'm a little surprised too. I have a feeling something happened on a personal level and this is striking close to home? IDK.

I still failed to see the “threatening” part of that post and the fact she wasn’t directly tagged. That being said I don’t know what else has been said that was directed towards her so I can’t speak on that. But banning? IDK about that. Seems drastic for someone who hasn’t actually directly threatened another member or there family to cause harm (that I know of I could be wrong) I mean everyone here SCREAMS use the ignore button yet no one does lol. I’m not here to argue with you or anyone else. I wish I had a life ignore button I’d use it daily on my wife,kids,friends,neighbors and some employees.

I mean are we really just talking about hurtfeelyomo here? Or genuinely the feeling of not being safe? Ie threatened.

I agree that I didn't think it rose to the level of getting banned.

That being said I know where Millard is coming from. Several years back there was a period of at least six months when there were a lot of females active and posting in the female section. Site was getting tons of traffic and the vibe was very positive like it generally is in this thread.

Then behind the scenes a long time "well respected" member started making threats to one of the women. The member was banned but the damage had been done. That isn't the sole reason that the women's section essentially became a ghost town again but it sure didn't help.

Millard is well aware that having women who are part of the life style and can roll with the punches like @Kim benefits the site so if members are making comments that are off color AND make the woman feel threatened then I believe he will always error on the side of caution with a temporary ban.

Is it a double standard? Probably but I'm okay with that. We all know most women can't and don't last a month on this site. Those who do aren't prone to overreaction so if someone is constantly saying things that make them uncomfortable or threatened without being provoked at the very least a warning is in order.

Anyway, finally got my 20x6 front runners I have been waiting on..Also got the tune dialed in 100 percent with a log-able wide band.

Have a tune with even more timing in it, but I am fighting ait2 temps(blower side) Needing to upgrade the heat exchanger pump to push water twice as fast and maybe a small aux ice tank for the HX. This thing is seriously hurting feels with a stock cam, untouched heads, no blower porting and not all that much boost. (14lbs) Don't have any interior shots, but this has factory recaros and soft touch inserts on alot of it, with alcantra suede.

This winter, the build will continue.

I am on 2.5 months at the moment. Not feeling beat up as of yet, but i am sure i will at some point. When that occurs, i will pull the rest pause sets and just do 1 until almost failure. I will do that for most likely 2 weeks, and then jump back into the DC style.

I believe it was same as you last time i did it, at around the 4 month mark i started feeling beat up.

I believe too if i wasn't also doing the weighted stretches, i would feel more sore than i do typically. On the 6 days a week i did before i wasn't stretching at all and my left elbow was continually hurting. Skull crushers were outta the question, but now, elbows feels fine.

Yeah, it was fun. I’ll run it again for sure. The weighted stretches are key. I still incorporate them into whatever training style I’m using. I’m at 5 days a week now with my training and pushing my max recovery limit now with a deload every 6 weeks. 6 days a week I’d burn out in about 2 weeks for sure.

I’d say at least 5 years buys you a little credibility. Maybe after 10 years you can do what you want. Point is Millard is VERY familiar with BiggerBen after 14 years so he knows where’s he’s coming from. We’re all too new here for him to understand our context.
