Forget Nair, that shishit's never done it for me. Find a salon or spa that doesn't sugar.

That stuff's the best if you're not going the permanent route.

Damn my phone hates me.

Find a place that sugars.

Shit is hair removal magic, an ex put me onto it. Just not super common.

Edit: About to break this Mofo.

Lol I know the feeling brother. Damn fat fingers!

Appreciate the advice and learning something new.

Does it last though? How many treatments? I’m afraid they’d look at my back and pull out the magnifying glass and point out the fine print saying I was ineligible. :D

I was gonna go with 2 days. @fershiz85 try nair next time. It’s worked well for me. Makes a helluva mess but doesn’t hurt.
It somewhat depends on how bad yours really is. Mine was quite nasty but not like those guys who can comb it. I went with 6 treatments and for the most part, my back and shoulders are bare. There are stragglers which can either be treated with IPL at home (if you have someone who can do it for you) or electrolysis. It’s been 2 years now since I had my treatments and I have no complaints.

I think every breed has a bad dog mixed in. Honestly I feel more comfortable around Rottweilers and mastiffs and pitbulls than I do pomerians and chiwawa’s lol. With those small dogs you know you are going to be bit lol
I had an 110lb Akita I named champ. My first year upstate his behavior went out the window I guess. He had been with me since he was a pup, and he was 9when I left. I would talk with my wife on the phone and ask how things were and every time there was an issue with him. She loved him to, but I think he couldn’t take the change, almost like doggy depression. He started mounting my wife from behind when she would be folding laundry or doing the dishes I guess, which is a dominance thing. I got a letter from my cousin telling me that my wife had asked if he could take him for us. The letter was basically him apologizing to me, for not being in a position to help out, being that he had a newborn in the house. That was the first bit of word I got about her giving him away. We were on lockdown, so I couldn’t call out. And no way to charge cell phones, since I had one, Hehe, next thing I know my wife is telling me they sent champ off to a farm to live the rest of his days. I never forgave her for that shit. Anyhow, beautiful dog, but that is a breed that almost broke me trying to break him. Anyone else here ever had an akita?? I am sure you know what I am talking about.

That's too bad man...Akitas are awesome dogs, but I think they're a bit much for people who haven't dealt with dogs before...kinda aggressive

Dakota's partner in crime, Shea.

IMAG0252.jpg

Shea's little sister, Rue.

Dorian Grey Wolf / Newfie hybrids. Shea was the omega in a pack of 35 down in Santa Fe. She was a dream, Ex basically stole her to dump off on a commune in NorCal. Fucking cunt treated all the dogs like shit, then pulled that crap just to be spiteful.

Rue was all of twelve weeks old when she came home. Quintessential wolf pup.

First thing she did was back the Ex's sister's 115 German Shepard into a corner like a little bitch. Then she stole his rawhide - about four times bigger than her entire body. :D

Training her was...an experience to say the least.

And Dakota himself, while super fucking smart, is also super hyper. He does really well, but he's prone to giving into the wiggles.

So switching gears, I've changed up training since I'm still getting over this West Nile bullshit.

Hit my nervous system hard, has me feeling like I did years and years ago when I decided to train heavy twice and then three times a day. I adjusted, but totally blew myself out twice in six months getting there.

Building a near Olympic work capacity is a fucking bitch.

And I'm not that damn young anymore.

I'll get back to the strongman style training in a couple months. But for now I'm pushing more moderate weight in higher rep ranges 12-50 depending on the movement. With a focus more on straight hypertrophy and, in a round about way, rebuilding that work capacity.

I'm actually really kind of enjoying what I consider 'Bro' work-outs. Takingvtge opportunity to play with different variations of movements, especially working my chest.

Playing with the cables a lot more and really focusing on crossing over the chest, following the fibers, and chasing pumps that leave me looking like an ass chested MoFo.

Got a lot of things I wanna play with hitting back tomorrow too. Really want to widen out my Lats and wake my Rhomboids up.

But legs...

Legs yesterday is killing me today. I literally just took 45 seconds sitting down to take a shit. Kept it really simple with Squat, Extensions, Good Mornings, and Cable Ham Curls.

Barely touches a normal leg day for me. Got me cringing thinking about folding Fronts, Splits, and GHR back in this coming week.

Woof.

Everything goes up this week actually. I'm scurred.

This is all.

threaten to expose members (against your forum rules 3 and 8)

@Millard Baker you gonna do something about @biggerben69? Or does he get a pass for what @iceman440 is talking about here?

I for one would appreciate it.

@Millard Baker , here is your direct proof of non sarcastic of rule breaking number 8.

(3) Absolutely no unauthorized posting of identifying information about any MESO-Rx member e.g. no phone numbers, no names, no addresses, etc.

This did not happen ^^^ and will never be allowed to happen.

(8) Threats of cyber-attack are prohibited.

Nor did this ^^^

Gearing up for another bulk of gear

That'll be one bulk of gear you hear

The time for it must be near

Now somebody get me a beer

Or not idc

Exactly. There's a list of breeds that people shouldn't own as there first dog and some not until you have some dominant personality dog experience.

What some don't realize is that a dominant, say, 45lb mix or whatever displays the same behavior as a dominant 100+lb. breed that the same behavior that could lead to a serious incident based on the breeds possible already aggressive nature

So the idea is to wait for it to happen then ban him? He wasn’t being sarcastic or joking around. Glad to know you take mine and others security so lightly

I like Ben a lot, he’s always been good people, and one of the original brothers on this board. But I gotta admit, it took me by surprise the way he came in this thread looking for a fight, over “locker room talk” that is extremely common on Meso.. It’s always been dirty talk, and sexual innuendos on here.. Graphic language. Hell I recall Ben getting pretty wild with his language many times in the source bashing days. I don’t really think anybody needs banned though. Let bygones be bygones, regroup and carry on gents.

Built like an Oak Tree man. I don’t compete but hope to get strong. Two questions:
  • What do you think your body fat pct is? I know it probably isn’t a key metric for a power lifter but curious.
  • How long did you to train before hitting a 400 bench?
I’m 52 and just hit 300 but I’ve only been training 2 years. May never happen for me but wondering if it’s in the realm of possibility if injuries don’t get me first. Thanks.

I really don't know on bodyfat % guessing somewhere around 13 or 14% but Mac is probably better at estimating that than I am.

It took me over 25 years to hit a 400 bench but in all honesty I didn't have a clue what I was doing for a lot of years and I also didn't train as a powerlifter for a majority of that time so a max bench wasn't a goal.

Without knowing a lot more details it is hard for me to say if you can hit four hundred. Bodyweight is a big factor in benching as are leverages and at our age injuries when trying to go that heavy definitely play a role.

If you can get a video benching I'm happy to take a look and can give you a better idea after seeing it.
