I hear you. If you remember I was the first one to suggest tgi raise his minimums and one of , if not the first, to suggest he go private. Both of those suggestions were for both his and members who order from TGI's security. So security is and always will be a priority for me.

I probably should have been more clear in one of my previous posts. When I said he had exposed labs which had screwed members before I did not mean he had exposed their identities.

I meant he had exposed or helped exposed the scam. I also believed he has used personal knowledge of who ran these labs to encourage them to make it right with the members who they had wronged.

He has never exposed anyone's identity on Meso.

Honestly feel like the best prehab / rehab for DOMS is a second workout the same day. Light weight in the 20 rep range, just to flush fresh blood into the muscle.

Need to get back to it myself, always felt amazing getting a little double tap in.

Never tried this but may have to. I get bad DOMS training legs. They don’t recover as well as other body parts for me. I know if I throw a pump session in a few days later I feel better next day. Still DOMS but lesser than if I wait a full week to train them again.

Honestly, these 5th gens are getting cheap. ZL1 is an amazing car and the LSA is one hell of a starting platform.

At one time he was similar to CBS and Mands. They did have pull in a way. I'm done commenting. It was all very confusing. And you didn't do anything else that a hundred other people didn't do already.

And a side note the thing with IP address is it stays logged longer than 30 days if you're active on the site. If you're not on the site at all then it's removed from logs after 30 days.

@Masters Power , I agree. It was not just your post in general. Others mentioned his exposing of sources, and be directly said he was going to get MY IP and expose titters old handle. That’s where I drew the line because those are against the rules and huge security threats.

@eje1990 I know I didn’t do anything . I was not particularly mad I was banned. A lot of good people defended it, made it worth while to me. I am also not worried about my IP, because I do not DNS leak. But, it’s the fact someone said they were going to try and breach my security is why I am upset

I am done with the situation, as apparently it’s all good that it can happen. I’ll wait my 15 years then start threating to DDOS people and it will be ok. I will only comment on the matters of others bring it up

Haha I’ve been good man. Just working hard, and living life. I actually layed off the weights and juice for about a solid 15 months or so, due to some odd medical reasons, and other personal things. But I’ve found the motivation to get back on the wagon. Might run a log some time soon.

Well, our budgets are not even remotely the same haha. I can make a c5 as fast as anything. I do like the idea of the newer models for the updated interiors.

Good luck with all the valve issues that they had/still have tho. The tolerance on those guides from GM is worthless. Not to mention the sodium filled exhaust is worthless POS.

The only guides I know that didn’t wear out as fast were a metal called mold star 90 I did hear good things about powdered metal guides too. Still loved that car tho but it was a finicky sob. I still might get another c6z tho is a sexy bitch

My buddy just got a c6z and my car is more comfortable, but his is 1000 pounds lighter...
