A Large Caution Regarding Highly Dosed Gear!

Bought a vial of testosterone enanthate 500mg/ml from Pharmacom.

Injected 200mg once a week every sunday for about 10 weeks.

On the very first injection i had severe pip and strong pain when bending leg after injection. Just thought it was due to the high concentration and thought i would just pull through it.

Had my i think it was 10th Injection on Sunday evening. Sunday early hours around 5am i woke up in crippling pain around the injection site. Burning and throbbing kind of pain. Thought again I'll push through it with some OTC painkillers.

Wednesday came and i felt really zoned out, disorientated and a little off balance. Pain was getting worse and i noticed my heart rate on my home oximeter was fluctuating between 110 to 120.

Gone to my doctors and they referred me to a ward in my nearest hospital. The notes described i was feverish, pale, tachycardia of around 120 and blood pressure high at 98/145.

At the hospital they ran bloods and told me i could have an abscess. They said my inflammation markets where at 100%. They said due to my vitals being so out they had to admit me for IV antibiotics.

A few hours later things took a turn for the worst. My Blood pressure gone higher and my heart rate sourced to 150+. I was experiencing heart palpitations and neck pain.

They immediately done an ECG, put me on IV fluids and done a huge drip of 800mg of if i remember right i think they said it was Tobramycin. All night they continued to check my vitals every couple of hours. A few hours later my heart rate dropped. i got a visit this morning from a team of doctors, specialists and nurses. The specialist upon examination said he did not think i had an abscess.

He believes this was a huge systemic reaction releasing huge amounts of inflammation due to the high strength 500mg testosterone.

I still have to stay in for an ultrasound and because my vitals are not yet right. Breathing rate is still too fast ect.

Just wanted to post this out here, high strength gear might be good value but it comes with its risks. Most people associate high strength gear with a few days of PIP. It can be far more serious!

Did they check you for pulmonary embolisms and blood clots in your legs. When my blood pressure shot up, fast heart rate and breathing, I had pulmonary embolisms. good luck with that. Shit is scary.

Not to knock your experience but people run high test cycles all of the time. Even if the gear was double over dosed you’d be doing a gram a week which is on the high side but not typically a health concern.

Is everyone missing the point?

It isn’t about the dosage of the test. It’s the concentration. He had a severe reaction to, most likely, the INSANE solvent use to dissolve 500mg/ml of test resulting in some shock on a systemic level.

I 100% don’t understand the attraction of high dose gear....especially if you aren’t pinning grams on grams.

Why in God's name would you subject yourself to 500mg/ml when you're only injecting 200mg a week?

That's pretty special.

The only time I'd even consider that crazy shiy is if I were using a gram+ a week and diluting it with other compounds.

Exactly!

According to two Orthapedic Specialists, an Orthapedic Doctor, a General Doctor and an anathesiologist (Incorrect spelling) The concentration of 500mg/ml caused a SEVERE systemic response that started at the injection site.

The blood results show little result of infection. But they show huge inflammation. At 100% on the markers. Apparently this indicates a strong systemic reaction.

Likely due to constant severe inflammation in the muscle.

This isn't about dosage. I'm not new to steroids and have used far more in single injections.

The fact of the situation is. When every injection is causing severe swelling and inflammation due to the concentration shit will go bad eventually.

Whether its the concentration or the solvent, the outcome is/was the same. The medical professionals seem to think the concentration. I more think the inflammation is due to the solvent concentration.

Hey is you get an access using these guys’ gear suppsively they will pay $10,000 if you can prove it was cause of the gear

I know, i was an idiot. I guess i just didn't want to waste the testosterone.

Never again will i inject the high milligram gear.

Of course i will be posting All bloodwork when i get discharged from the hospital. I'm not here to bash pharmacom and I've used them exclusively for a long time. In the lower concentrations!

Sorry I just reread this post, you said you were only shooting 200mg at a time, most people will only shoot enanthate 2x wk maybe eod at max. So if my math is correct the most you would be using would be 800mg/wk. I have used 800mg of prop high has way less carrier and a lot more compound and pip. Meaning 800mg of prop is 87% testosterone 800mg of test e is only about 67% test. So it has nothing to do with the high amount of testosterone.

You would have thought this was a discussion about Chinese arithmetic at first...

Been using t400 for almost 2 years, never had a problem.

Maybe the issue is the lab, not the high concentrations.

Lots of people use high concentration gear and the only complaint they have is pip.

You are comparing apples and oranges.

Prop at 100mg in a ml is easily brewed with 20% BB. No other solvents needed accept for a little BA for sterility.

How much do you want to bet that Pharmacom are using far more solvents/other solvents to brew stable 500mg/ml test e?

You can't say that just because you didn't have an issue with one compound that other steroids wont cause that issue.

By all means take this with a pinch of salt. I don't care. But i sure as hell will trust what specialists and doctors say over someone on a forum :)

At 1/3, 1/2 or 1cc, the ratios in high concentration gear is the same. That never changes. Some guys obviously have adverse reactions to it, and when a reaction gets away from someone it can spiral out of control. I personally wouldn't chance the higher ratios but I'm not adventurous in that way.

Oh, ok, didnt think of that. Never brewed.

I am guessing he was price comparative shopping. Pricing all gear out by the ML. I am sure 500mg/ml is probably cheaper similar to t400. Like @Mac11wildcat said, it trips me out that someone shooting 200mg Would make a purchase like that. For starters My first question would have been to them what concentration of solvents/carrier did they use even before buying it. I know personally I react fine to mig840 but who knows what they used. EO, GSO??

I try to keep standard concentrations and solvents. I'm not an ultra low dose guy but I'd rather take extra mls of oil than fuck around with mega pip and exotic stuff causing reactions. GSO, safflower, cottonseed, MCT with ba/bb is about as exotic as I like to get.

Wouldnt mention GSO in the same sentence as super solvents...
