I think that’s smart man, sometimes less is more. With tren that’s definitely the case for me. A high enough dose to still get crazy results, but low enough to not get nasty acid reflux, appetite suppression, and become a jealous psychopath.. lol.
I did get the jealous thing, haha! After about 8wks I was getting jealous when my wife talked to my 70yo neighbor. I'm NEVER jealous either. I think I was running 900 a wk at the time.

Man that shit makes me crazy lol. Only on tren too. Makes me think my girl is cheating and shit. I get jealous of nobodies, and argumentative. Shit is bad for relationships, for mine at least lol. I’m hoping when I get back on it, a moderate dose will keep me level headed. I’m thinking like 300-350mg.
 
Yeah, I've been on 350 for 5-6wks with absolutely no sides. I upped it to 525 wk starting today. If it starts fucking with me I'll lower it back down. I only have 3 more weeks.
 
Okay so I know you’re not really “supposed to” see results from HGH for quite a while, most guys say weeks or months even. But since adding growth to this cycle, I swear I’m growing faster than I ever have. My sleep is phenomenal, my muscles are fuller all the time, my veins are starting to “pop” more, and I’m gaining weight faster, and seemingly getting leaner too. It’s improved my appetite, and I’m keeping diet on point with high calories and high protein, tracking everything I eat and drink with my fitness pal. I’m really loving this guys!

I know I said this before, but make sure you monitor the blood sugar levels. Supplement berberine bro, it’s cheap and effective. I promise it will make a difference

Will do man. I have a blood glucose monitor thing, where you prick your finger, and dab it on the little strip. I’ll keep an eye on it, definitely don’t want it getting out of hand.
 
So far today has gone like this:
7am I got out of bed, and took my first dose of GH. 2.4iu IM in the quad. Shortly after I took my gear for the day. Pinned 250mg Test E, 150mg DHB, 150mg deca, and 50mg TNE (because it’s leg day). For orals/ancillaries/vitamins I took 50mg proviron, .5mg arimadex, 600mg NAC, 2 omega 3-6-9 “fish oil” caps, 250mg magnesium, 99mg potassium, and 81mg aspirin.
I don’t know if I mentioned it previously, but I take the NAC, fish oil, magnesium, potassium, and aspirin every day. I was taking .5mg adex every day but since adding the Proviron I’ve cut that back to .5mg EOD (on shot days). I take 50mg proviron on shot days, and 25mg on non-shot days.
Also, I’m probably going to up the HGH dose on leg day. I’ll do 2.4iu AM and PM (4.8iu total) 6 days a week, and on leg day do 6iu total.

Ever though about using GH Intravenously??? For the amount of gh you are using I recommend sticking with subQ if you were using more then I would say 1-2iu IM would be cool, but by shooting IM it is being released into your bloodstream much quicker that subQ. Not really any benefit for the amount you are using.

I just feel like it’s more effective doing IM. Dave palumbo recommends always pinning gh IM. I’ve definitely considered IV administration though. I was reading a thread the other day about a “Pro BB GH blast” protocol, where they do 40iu Serostim IV post-workout 2 days on 1 day off. Sounds crazy to me, but guys are out there doing it.
 
It was also recommended to combine the gh blast protocol with at least 3-4 grams of test per week, preworkout insulin, 120mcg of Increlex IGF-1, and 50mcg of T3 ED.
 
Alright well I did it lol. Post workout after doing legs today I decided to try 3iu GH intravenous. No negative side effects to report, all seems well.
 
Leg day looked like this:

1 mile run @ 6mph warmup.


Seated hamstring curls:
5x25 @ 140lb

Quad extensions:
4x20 @ 150lbs

Leg press machine:
(individual legs followed by both, each set)
4x12 @ 50lb (each leg)
4x15 @ 100lb (both legs)
Done right leg, left leg, both legs, rest.

Single leg laying hamstring curl:
3x20 @ 100lb

Narrow stance squats superset w/ calf raises:
4x25 @ 135lb squats
4x40 w/ 45lb plate each hand (calves)
(Alternating squats, calves, 1 min rest)

Insane leg pump after this workout. Honest had a hard time walking out of the gym lol.
Once I got home I took a shower, then administered the 3iu IV Gh.
 
Yeah man, no stranger to IV drug use unfortunately. I’ve shot up just about everything under the sun. That’s all in the past though.

Nah no triggering of anything lol. No mark left either, when done properly with a slin pin there is no visible injection site. In terms of feel, I can’t really say I noticed much difference. Maybe an increase in appetite, as it was extremely easy to eat 4100 calories, and 251g of protein yesterday.
 
Okay so yesterday I decided to skip training and take a trip to the hospital, over some recent stuff unrelated to the blast. The reason I’m posting about this is my blood pressure results. When I first got there I was stressed and very anxious, which got my heart rate up, and my blood pressure checked at 186/108... by far the highest it’s ever been, and this scared the fuck out of me. Once they got me to a room, and in a bed it started coming down. Next reading was 161/83. The one after that was 143/71, and the final BP was 136/69.. So once I calmed down and got to a resting state it went down to my normal BP range, but the fact some stress (and probably the high sodium food beforehand) could get my BP jacked up so high scared me. I definitely need to donate blood, because it’s probably thick as molasses right now. Is it possible that could help? After seeing that, I’m damn sure glad that I take a baby aspirin every day..
